Towing in Atlantic City, NJ

“I went on vacation to Atlantic City NJ with my wife and kids for Independence Day weekend, AC broke down on our way there, it was 101 degrees there so I google and called the closest shop to my hotel which it happened to be Hi-Tech , I asked if I could bring car down for a diagnostic while my family was unpacking at our hotel. Moe and his team went above and beyond to get us back on the road. He even gave me a ride back to my hotel while they were working on my vehicle. The next day he had ordered the new part and installed it. I can’t thank them enough, they were super nice, trustworthy, patience and great prices. I would definitely recommend them for all your auto service needs if you’re in the Atlantic City New Jersey area.

Again, thank you Moe and your team. AC was freezing 🥶🥶on our way back home to North Carolina.

“Amazing customet service, very quick response time. And Mike the tow operator was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I would nit hesitate at all to call them for service. Thqnk you !”

“Best price. Perfect job. You have to wait long sometimes because they are short staffed always. But the wait is worth it. They hardly receive the phone. You have to be there in person for carworks.”

“My son's car wouldn't start while in Atlantic City. I called AAA and was told it would be a THREE hour wait for assistance!! Within 5 minutes of hanging up with them, I was contacted by City Wide Towing.
As we were unsure of the exact issue, the manager said he would dispatch one of his guys over to assist my son. Within 10 minutes, the driver, Emilio, contacted me for my son's exact location and was on-site a few minutes later.
He immediately diagnosed the problem, which turned out to be a dead battery. He replaced my son's battery on-site and had him back up and running all within an hour of the initial call to AAA.
Both the manager and driver, Emilio, were extremely pleasant and helpful! We greatly appreciate it! Thank you both! A+ service!”
