In today to use my Healthy food benefits offered by my health insurance. Multiple refrigeration units its are still broken, that has been for a while now. This is the only store on the island that accepts United Health Cares card. The employees here are great, security is always there, not very friendly, never says hi just follows you around, never nods or even acknowledges you. James R. assisted me in the frozen foods area and again at check out. He was extremely helpful and friendly. this was on 11/30/25 at 11:11 am. With the exception of the refrigerators/the store is well stocked and has a convenient design and layout. The rewards and app n other very user friendly, instead more for advertising, it's difficult to navigate and to find the bar code, three different employees over my last three shopping trips could not locate it. This makes checkout uncomfortable and take longer.
Can't say enough positive about James R. . If it weren't for him I would stop shopping there because of the app and broken refrigeration for way too long.

Spent 3 hours trying to do a transfer they purposely do not answer. Will have to call corporate for this one. So much waiting my pharmacist didn't want to do it

I was in Walgreens today to do a simple transaction Jen. H started the transaction and asked her colleague Erica for help and that’s where it went downhill I had kindly reminded Erica I was due change and she very rudely replied “I didn’t forget” I asked why so hostile. I reported the incident to the manger on duty and countined my day but Jen H was so kind and Erica was a terror

Usually a good place but the last time I called the pharmacy said my Rx was in order but it was actually never sent in. They lie at times.

Customer service was excellent the last few visits I have made to the store. It is always clean. It is well stocked and easy in and out. There are lines on occasion but the staff handles them well.

There is a lot of drug activity on the parking lot where they used to have the drive through and Walgreens doesn't do anything, homeless people living in there and they think they own the place. In day bright light people with cars with childrens inside coming to do illegal activity businesses Walgreens has a blindfold.

First did not want take my insurance because it was too much work. They gave me 10 pills instead of 30 pills. When I told them the lady made a nasty face because she got called out. I’m not sure if they can count 123 or taking some pills for the road ?
