Really like the Borgota, love the online check in. Only negatives are they need a place to eat that is affordable and the bartenders at the sports book are very rude, slow to take your drink order. Otherwise like the hotel.

Once here you are cut off from everything else. The casino is nice. Some days/nights most restaurants are closed so you have very limited options. Starbucks is ok, but the staff is super rude and acts like you are bothering them, I never had a pleasant experience there but when you want coffee it's the only option besides the casino s instant blah. Best for weekend trips as everything is open. During the week no thanks

I wanted to share my experience last night.First my room was changed twice due to the smell of something rotten. NextI had been playing slots and won a jackpot and the machine malfunctioned.I sat with the service light on for 20 min and finally an employee past me and tried to explain the situation we shrugged and kept walking. Finally a cleaning service women seen me and I asked her to grab someone:I was meet by security who called managers etc.The machine was deemed that it malfunctioned and I had to start the jackpot stage all over again and was just told that's it . Tried to talk to managers who explained if I made a big deal he will make a phone call and I would be kicked out. Truly worst experience.Charlie

Nice hotel, staff are helpful. Casino floor is clean can be smoky on weekends. Waitresses with cocktails on casino floor, do not seem to be out unless at tables. Most restaurants and buffets not open M-W. Fast food court with a few options during the day. Starbucks on site and a to go with breakfast and lunch grab and go.

Arguably the best hotel in AC. Its grandeur and decor is reminiscent of a Las Vegas casino like the Wynn. Borgata is a destination. You can catch a great show, eat at one of a dozen or more restaurants, gamble, go to a great gym or watch a game on their big screens. I love the fact that there isn't cigarette smoke anywhere, just the scent of vanilla filled corridors. The room was beyond comfortable, clean and quiet. So, why not five stars? Customer service is sub part, at best, horrible at worst. I was on a call and my cell was dying. Unfortunately, I forgot my USB charger. Calling the front desk I asked for someone to buy one and I'd gladly reimburse them, or to let me borrow one before my phone died. I explained I needed it for an hour.I was on hold for over 15 minutes, twice. Got replies the hotel could "not incur the liability", then was told to speak to the manager, which again I was placed on hold for 15 minutes and the manager never came on. The punchline is my phone died. I left the meeting and went to a gift store to buy a single USB. They customer service sucked. Plain and simple. If it was only as good as the hotel is beautiful.

Spent a weekend getaway for my wife's Birthday! A very nice getaway with great accommodations. Once we get to The Borgarta we normally never move our vehicles until check-out time.

I was debating between Oceans and Borgata, but after an overall debate, and some research in the reviews, Borgata was the choice. Stayed in a Fiore King Suite and had a wonderful stay. Besides the fact that the curtain rod was broken upon checking in leading to light peeking through the windows in the morning, the room was very clean, and the views were decent. We went out to grab food and upon coming back the rod was fixed and our suite was all tidied up with new sheets and towels and amenities (3-ish hours later). Parking is $5 in the garage. Suite was spacious! Very roomy and comfortable. No microwave, yes hair dryer! Like other reviews have said, the non-smoking and smoking areas in the casino are close together and even if you sit in the non smoking area, the smell of smoke is so apparent. Note that some of the restaurants and buffet are not open during the weekdays. Double check the hours.

So this hotel is off the strip. You need to uber to the boardwalk/strip because it's over the highway. The hotel itself was okay. Their pool and hot tub is family friendly so there are kids around. I waited for about 30 minutes trying to get a drink in the casino and never got one. They have you wave your card to get to the elevators but the guards are barely paying attention. It was okay. Not anything exciting.

When we attended several events as we have over the years, one employee was allow to sexually assault my wife and the staff disregarded and when she stood up for herself the staff disrespected her claims when it is clearly available on video. They stood by while the man was allow to continue to intimidate her.

Rooms were big, beds we're comfortable and hotel was very clean. This is a big casino. Payouts were great! I won about $10,000 in just one evening. I hope to come here again.

I know school was out and a lot of people brought their children to AC and the Borgata, but you cannot bring your children in the casino! Everybody knows that but some people thought they didn't have to obey the rules and restrictions. And please keep your children out of the hot tub. One: It's too hot and two, adults are in their to relax, not hear screaming children who are jumping in and out of the hot tub like it's a pool. The fact there was no life guard should have made your parenting skills kick in, especially if you are lounging and the kids are away from you.

I checked in at the front desk on 11-22-22 and left my wife iin the car with her service animal. The woman that check me in name FITIMAH . I went back 2 car 2 tell my wife 2 go 2 room and I will park in garage. She walked through the lobby to the elevator with a security guard said she need a purple sticker for service animal to go 2 room . Wife called me immediately. .. I went right to the hotel lobby to the person I checked in with, and she told me since I didn’t bring the dog to the front desk when I checked in even though it was on my reservation handicap room, and a service animal she said there’s no way she could let us stay .then I asked for a manager and she told me there was no manager available.. then she told me and my wife at the front desk if we was to give her $40 for the dog she can get us a sticker and we would be good for the night. . I went downstairs the next morning to talk to the supervisor and she said she will get to the bottom of it.. very nice lady. I talk to explain to her if she went review surveillance cameras between 650 and 705 pm . My vacation was ruined. And I feel like I was violated and extorted. They took off my resort fee, but I feel that was a slap in the face. They ruined my night at the Bogata where I’ve played multiple times, and had a great time till this experience happened.. . My wife spent 20 years in the military active duty. Happy Thanksgiving. Bogata

My first time here to see the awesome Sebastian Maniscalco! Such a BEAUTIFUL casino! Nice signage and a good bit of bathrooms too. Parking garage only $5! Very clean all throughout. The section that SB was in was packed, yet intimate. The opening act (comedian) was really good too! I'm ready to go back to see ??? ASAP please!!!
