I have four 10’ x 20’ units at Atlantic Highlands Self Storage. Sold my home in March and new build is delayed until July. All 4 units are environmentally controlled. This facility is extremely clean. Management is courteous and helpful. Bathroom is nice and clean. Hand carts are very helpful. I was at Extra Storage in Eatontown before here and had to submit a claim because my unit leaked and destroyed some of my belongings. Atlantic Highlands is dry, clean and the environment is well maintained.

My 1st time using this facility. Extremely clean storage unit, including stairs, elevator shaft for loading my items on the large wheeled cart. Climate controlled also. Nice plus!Jodi is amazing! Knowledgeable, very polite and caring.Definitely would recommend to everyone I know to go here.

Called Atlantic Highlands Self Storage to inquire on renting a unit, the woman I spoke with was rude and seemed annoyed about something. She was very short with answering my questions, when she asked me what size I needed I told her about 4 x 5 she barked at me and said "no we have 5 x 5 and only one left" !! She repeated this over and over again , even though I told her that would be fine the first time. Then she told me the price in a tone as if it was to deter me away from renting it. She then hung up on me mid sentence. I called back and asked her if she hung up on me. She told me I hung up on her and didn't need to hear my grief !!!
