I haven't yet received the item I ordered but when I had a problem after I placed the order, their customer service people got back with me immediately to help resolve my issue. Very good customer service!!!

Had a custom jacket made for my niece and it is SO adorable! I couldn't be happier with the final result. Also, they were extremely accommodating to my rush order request and had the jacket made quickly! Definitely give them a try!
