“Fantastic experience! We had a last minute need for a small storage unit, we walked in and Brenda helped get us set up immediately with a climate controlled unit and we moved our stuff right in. She took the time to explain everything to us so thoroughly, walked us through the location and process, and even welcomed us to coffee and cookies :). The location is so welcoming and clean, every last detail has been thought out, down to the cute flashlight key chains to hold our locker keys. They took excellent care with my items. They wrapped everything well so there wouldn't even be the slightest ding on anything.
I always worry that workers choose to move slower when they are paid hourly, but they didn't. While the wrapping was time consuming, they seemed to go as fast as they could.
Also, my dog barks at everyone who comes into the house but didn't at the two men who moved the furniture, I think that says something.
Lastly, my furniture is very big and heavy; they didn't have a problem at all.”

“I have four 10’ x 20’ units at Atlantic Highlands Self Storage. Sold my home in March and new build is delayed until July. All 4 units are environmentally controlled. This facility is extremely clean. Management is courteous and helpful. Bathroom is nice and clean. Hand carts are very helpful. I was at Extra Storage in Eatontown before here and had to submit a claim because my unit leaked and destroyed some of my belongings. Atlantic Highlands is dry, clean and the environment is well maintained.”
