“I had such an amazing experience with Atlantic Highlands Animal Hospital and Dr. DeMeo. My six-year-old Westie, Lily, recently had surgery to repair an umbilical hernia, along with a dental cleaning and tooth extraction, and I couldn’t have felt more confident that she was in great hands.

Dr. DeMeo took such wonderful care of Lily throughout the entire process. After the surgery, she personally called me and was incredibly patient and thorough, taking the time to explain exactly how everything went, what she found, and what to expect during Lily’s recovery. I never felt rushed, and I really appreciated how detailed and reassuring she was.

It’s always nerve-wracking having your dog undergo surgery, but the care and communication we received made the entire experience so much easier. Lily is doing great, and I’m so grateful to Dr. Demeo and the entire team at Atlantic Highlands Animal Hospital. I truly couldn’t recommend them more!”

“I cannot recommend Dr. Heather Baginski highly enough. My dog Bella has liver shunts, which make anesthesia and surgery especially complicated, so I was deeply concerned when another vet was pressuring us for quick surgery for a lump. We came to Dr. Baginski for a surgical consult, and the experience could not have been better. She was exceptionally knowledgeable, thorough, and thoughtful. Rather than assuming surgery was necessary, she carefully reviewed Bella’s medical history, examined her, and performed the appropriate testing before making a recommendation. The results showed that Bella did not need surgery after all, sparing her from an unnecessary procedure and its added risks. It was an enormous relief to receive good news, but even more reassuring to know that her recommendation was based on a careful and evidence-based evaluation. Dr. Baginski took Bella’s individual medical needs seriously and took her time explaining the medical reasoning. This was genuinely one of the best veterinary experiences I have ever had. I would trust Dr. Baginski with Bella’s care without hesitation.”

“Finally got back to the Vet I trust more than anyone. I drove a little over an hour for my bearded dragon to be seen by Dr. G. He is literally the best and takes his time so you have a clear picture of what you are dealing with and breaks down the care plan so its not overwhelming but also doesnt sugar coat the situation. This was my first time at this office and the staff were so nice and kept the environment welcoming. So glad that I came here and its definitely worth the drive.”

I drove about an hour to bring my dog here, and after doing a LOT of research and comparing prices with vets throughout New Jersey and New York, I can confidently say that it was absolutely worth the drive.

From the moment we arrived, the entire process was incredibly organized. They operate like a well-oiled machine. I texted when we arrived, waited for them to let us know when to come in, and everything moved smoothly and efficiently. My dog was ready for pickup exactly when they said he would be.

What really stood out to me, though, was how kind and patient everyone was. My dog is extremely high-energy and can be a handful, and every single person who handled him was patient, gentle, and reassuring. They were also just as kind and thorough with me, which meant a lot because, naturally, I was nervous leaving my dog for surgery.

The communication and follow-up were also excellent. When we got home, I noticed that my dog had been trying to lick at his incision, so I emailed them. They responded quickly, asked me to send a picture, reassured me that everything looked okay, and let me know that I could bring him back if I had any concerns. That immediate response gave me so much peace of mind.

And the price is incomparable with what I was quoted by other veterinary practices. I really did my research, and the difference was significant. You know your price before and any add ons are your choice. Everything is included in the price you were told- no hidden fees.

“Dr. Sinko and staff we're super helpful today! I came in for my pups yearly visit, plus we needed some allergy medication and to get his nails cut. I got a little impatient because I was sitting about 20 minutes past my appointment but once the doctor came in I can see that she was super busy and I know she cares about our pets, it's written on her face. She is super knowledgeable and always explains everything and even put us on a new medication she felt was better, I do appreciate you and the girls for helping cut Clutch's nails as I know he is a handful lol. Dr.Scott is a wonderful man who always goes above and beyond in caring for your pet, as well as provides digestible information to help you make informed decisions about your pets health. This morning, my dog was not acting right and little silver was my first call. They got us in within the hour to see Dr.Izzo, another wonderful vet at this office. He did a very thorough exam of my dog and explained to me every step of the way. It was a wonderful experience and gave me peace of mind knowing my dog was in such great hands. The tech, I believe her name was Katie?, also took the time to make sure she entered the ordered tests as cheaply as possible (while they were very busy), which I really appreciated. She was also so wonderful during intake and the exam.
