“I came in late afternoon to try on some boots I saw online, ended up falling in love with a different pair. The two staffs here this afternoon are super sweet and helpful, especially the lady with dark hair and a shining pair of Dr. Martens. She made good suggestions, and gave advices about how to select the right ones and how to take care of them. The store’s a bit small on the outside but they have a pretty decent selection. Definitely gonna come back and get my new boots here!

“Never having visited one of the stores I had heard stories which were confirmed by the visit. Mostly up to date band and anime print shirts and items that are currently in season like pins or accessories. The staff was helpful and everything pretty much explained itself. The stacks seemed to be maintained very well and did not give a messy vibe at all as if people had been rumaging through.”

“Everything was organized, clean. For the first time in a long time all I had to was look around and the people for the fitting room met my look and came to me quickly. I didn't have to wander aimlessly in a clothing store to get someone to help open up the fitting room area. And this was 2 different staff members that helped. A lot of different variety for clothes and best of all the quality of AE has improved, this is my main reason for coming back to this store after many years. The person who rung us up was very pleasant and down to earth. I would come back here again just because of what I experienced.”

“Went to this Old Navy for the first time just to browse but came out with two outfits, looking forward to wearing them once the weather warms up. I’m normally overwhelmed in stores shopping due to the disorganization and too many people. I didn’t feel this way after this shopping trip so that was a plus.
Pros: Items were organized and easy to find.
Cons: Maybe I missed the carts or carry bags but I had to carry all items in my arms around the store to try on at the fitting room.”
“I purchased two sets of hotronic heated socks from the warming store on Jan 7 for my trip to Canada on Jan 12. I put a note in my order asking them to ship asap because I need these before the 12th for my trip to lake Louise ( it was going to be -40 degrees there! ) The store was so nice they shipped my package the same day in separate packages to make sure I'd receive it on time. 100% recommended !”

You walked through a store holding an unpurchased item and didn’t say a damn thing. That’s not some innocent mistake — that’s textbook suspicious behavior. The cashier wasn’t “accusing” you — they were doing their job, which apparently offended your fragile sense of self-worth.
Let’s be clear: nobody has time to play psychic just because you failed to communicate. The owner giving you a free pin doesn’t give you a VIP pass to roam around like you're above common sense. You could’ve opened your mouth and said, “Hey, the owner gave me this.” Instead, you chose the path of maximum drama and then ran online to cry about it. Pathetic.
You weren’t “insulted.” You were checked, and your ego couldn’t handle it. If being questioned over suspicious behavior makes you unravel like wet tissue paper, maybe shopping in public isn’t for you.
And your grand declaration about “never going back”? Trust me — no one cares. The cashier won’t lose sleep, the store won’t lose money, and the only thing that was lost was our time reading your self-pitying tantrum.
Don’t come back. You’re not owed an apology — you’re owed a lesson in humility.”

She hemmed the bottom, brought in the sides, and tightened the top. I highly recommend this spot, and she completed the job in 2 days! “This is one of Philadelphia's best kept secret for unique, avant-garde luxury clothing. This shop needs to open in NYC or Tokyo. My mom and I arrived and a stylist greeted us at the door and offered drinks. Lots of black and white clothing, everything had design details that was unique, special and beautiful. My favorites were the hand painted dresses, oversized white shirt with patchwork details, a silk skirt that had holograms on it, a convertible jacket that changed depending on the straps I pulled on, and a beautiful leather bag. The SERVICE was 100%! When I tried a dress that needed an adjustment in the bust, one of the designers (WHAT!!!!) came down from their studio to help me and they adjusted it and delivered it to me in 2 days! As a size 10-12, I find shopping for high design clothing hard since most of the luxury brands don't offer items in my size. But here, I found great items that made me feel confident and beautiful. Most of all, I love that they had stylists in the shop to help suggest items to me. Thank you for a great shopping day! See you soon for Fall and Winter shopping!”

When I needed help with something I couldn't find anyone to help but the girl at the register did get someone to help me find the price I was looking for. Stores are clean and organized. I'd definitely go here again to shop. The prices are excellent!”
