Customer service at the store was excellent. However, when I went today to get my car serviced it was 93 degrees out. There was no air conditioning in the customer lounge, or anywhere in the building. I appreciate the workers, they managed to get my vehicle in and out in under the time that they promised. They also were able to recommend a decent place to eat nearby so that I could sit in air conditioning while waiting.

recently had an outstanding experience at jiffy lube The staff was knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. They diagnosed and fixed my car’s issue quickly, and the pricing was fair. The technicians at this shop were kind and courteous and very knowledgeable. They explained the service and were able to do the AC service i needed o n my car quickly. They explained each step and what they were doing. The AC in my car works like brand new! I will definitely go back to this shop for service in the future!
