The worst customer service experience I've ever had by a female associate. Went in there for an upgrade left with nothing. Don't go to this store if you want to accomplish something. She spoke like she was a preprogrammed robot.

You’re ignored when you enter, sales rushes you through your inquiries, I brought my daughter there that’s disabled, she’s an adult and wanted to ask about plans and other promotions and we were extremely talented back by, Anna and her not slowing down to answer my daughters questions. I said, let’s leave I’ll take you to TMobile…Anna then decided to be a professional and explain the details. We purchased the phone. A15We saw online that iPhone was $99 & Anna said, that promotional offer was over???? The commercial is still running. And I had to take my daughter back today to get her plan changed because her $ 80 a month DEFINITELY NOT WHAT ANNA TOLD US. We went today and she remembered us. The plan was changed!Not for nothing, but my husband has Metro he goes to pay his bill, and is totally ignored they do not acknowledge that your there when making a Sale! I bring this up because when we went in today Anna was helping sell a phone. She was the only 1 up front & AGAIN! Totally ignored when there were 2 people in the back. She ignores you completely. Shame on these Employees who are so non congenital to current customers or possibly new customers. We obviously have a problem. Oh, by the way it’s your Audubon store

I have it to give these two wonderful associates who helped me in a pinch. I came in right before I had to go to work and needed a replacement phone because my iPhone screen went black and wouldn’t turn back on. Tyanna and Emely have great customer service skills and were beyond helpful in getting me a great phone (iPhone 11) for a great price. I would recommend anyone to go to this store because they will show you that they care and are not just doing their job. Thank you again for being so helpful!

I originally left a bad review and I was very shocked to find out that someone actually replied to my review and corrected the issue I had within an hour of talking about the issue with him .. I am very happy with the results thank you Alexander Reyes from Metro PCS !!

Purchased a iPhone 11 I was over charged for it, with no accessories no nothing. I went to another store a town over and got it cheaper 415 s Broadway Gloucester city. I received everything that was supposed to come with the phone( ear phones,screen protector,,phone case,,and speed charger and speaker,and a tablet. If you want to get the best bang for your buck you got to come to the Metro store here in Gloucester City New Jersey.
