Pepboys is a scam, frivolous redundant charges, over inflated parts pricing with NO alternatives, misdiagnoses (ac compressor and condenser failure turned out to be sensors), mishandling of vehicle parts (compressor left unplugged, left system empty of Freon, stolen tire pressure sensors [previous visit], oil underpan missing bolts not secured properly). Was given an eta of about 3 hours, ended up taking 5 and half of the services weren’t even performed. Take my word for it, go to local shops, and always get a 2nd opinion, don’t be afraid to reach out to auto-inclined relatives and friends for advice.

I had my car in for maintenance service as I just purchased it and I wanted to need sure it was safe and reliable. I worked with Nick Cooper and Max Scanish. They were both very professional and very helpful and kept me updated along the way. I would highly recommend them and this Pep Boys for service and I’ll certainly go there again.

I needed tires in a pinch and couldn't be happier with the service and cost. As a walk in they changed all 4 tires on my work van with an alignment, in only a few hours. I'll definitely be coming back.

Drake & Yasir are very good mechanics. They are polite and quick with mounting & balancing tires. Pete the manager was very helpful and a very polite gentleman. I was a manager of a Autobody shop and I know how stressful it can be working with people's cars. He was also fantastic.
