I went today at 10:38 am. Two workers inside and the doors were locked. The worker just standing there staring at me. Do y'all want business or not? Opening and closing times seems like a big problem at this location. Then y'all customer service is closed on the weekends. I had to go to Ross and Marshalls across the street.

Here at 8:50 on a Friday the doors are locked when it says yall close at 9:30 on the door and online very unprofessional this why yall stores closing now girl at the register pointing at her watch saying it’s closed when google & the door says otherwise

It’s 8:35pm and the doors are locked and three ppl working inside. I eventually knocked and someone waved their arms with an X. 5 other potential shoppers came to the door expecting them to be open according to their Google hours and the time on their doors but no.

If Temu was a store, it would be this. Low quality chinese sweatshop junk. The staff are nice though.

I shop there all the time and almost every 5ime I walk in the store I feel like Im being stared at and judged by the employees. If I have need something, they roll their eyes and sigh as if I'm bothering them by asking them to do their job. This last time I went in there was the worst! I was on the phone with my 16 year old son when I walked to the front of the store to leave my bag at the counter due to the fact that I was there to do an exchange. I asked the one associate, the younger lady, if I should leave my bag behind the counter and she replied yes. Then the older female associate walked up to the counter from where she had been working at the stores entrance, which is the other side of the store. With an obvious attitude in her tone, she asked me if I had receipts for everything. I told her that I'd read on the store's website that a receipt is only necessary for cash back returns within 7 days of the purchase. The woman cut me off, raising her voice to a yell, and kept repeating the words "you need a receipt. I work here. You need a receipt." When I asked her if that's how she speaks to all her customers, she began cursing at me! All this while my son is listening on the phone. He couldn't believe his ears either. He said, "oh my God! I've never heard a store employee be so rude to a customer!" I turned this into a teachable moment for my son by showing him that sometimes you have to turn the other cheek, and that people don't always act accordingly and you can't control someone else's behavior, but you CAN control how you react to theirs. I will say that I'm finding less and less examples of good old fashioned customer service and more and more examples of hostile and disgruntled employees taking their bad attitudes and/or poor working conditions out on the customer. Whatever happened to a warm smile and a friendly, "how may i help you?"

Employees closing the store 15mins before the store is set to close so they can count the registers is crazy. It doesn’t have anything to do with customers.This is how stores loose money.

It's ok. Alot of the outfits there are for young women.. not in that stage in life any more.. still can wear most clothing but would be great to see other variety of clothing.

As big as this store was I wasn't all that happy with their selection of clothes they had to offer. It really looked like an overstocked clothes warehouse. The jewelry selection sucked. The front of the store was clean which is good cause it grabs the customers attention but the back of the store was a hot mess and very disturbing to see.

cute, affordable clothes. and the woman who rung me up (I should have got her name) she was so sweet and helpful... not to mention they be playing some good a** R&B there
