The automated line is absolute horseshit!!! I need to speak to an actual person but am forced to deal with recording prompts the entire time. Been in my new place for over a week and STILL haven't been issued a mail key nor have I been contacted regarding this problem. Where is the help that I requested???

I was in there the other day and the one clerk behind the counter moved at about the speed of smell. I understand that they have a government job that they can't get fired from, but at least work with a sense of urgency when there are five people in line, and the line's getting longer!

This post office always close early. I went on Thursday and got there at 4:50pm and they were already closed. They are not suppose to close until 5:00pm. If you close at 5:00pm then close at 5:00pm not 4:45pm etc.

Wont go here again to send packages of any kind. No tracking was able to be found days after i delievered it to them. They have no idea where my package is. Alls they told me is that i can file a claim for missing mail in 20 days. Im pretty upset.
