Came to this location last week to trade in my 12 that had pretty much no life left . Top portion wasn’t even letting me tap . Had 2 Indian Guys that were amazing !
The younger gentlemen Ordered me a new phone and I did have an upgrade which was awesome (money wise too .)
Fast forward 3 days I came in to pick up new 16 iPhone and had legit outstanding help from Dan . He’s deff the man . So grateful for his help !!!! Thank you guys

Was dreading buying a new phone. Stopped into my neighborhood Verizon store and had a great experience. My salesperson was Dab ( I believe that was his name). Super knowledgeable, explained everything. Changed everything on my phone over to my new one. And, I did t have to wait, I ran errands and returned in about an hour ( loved that). This is a hidden gem in our beautiful neighborhood. If you need a new phone, head into Verizon in Audubon and ask for Dab.

Easily the best experience I have ever had at a Verizon store. Deep and Matt were incredibly friendly, knowledgable, and helpful in ordering and setting up my new phone. They genuinely cared about me as a customer and wanted what was best for me. They were very patient throughout the process and provided excellent customer service every step of the way. I have been a Verizon wireless customer for 18+ years and employees like Deep and Matt will ensure that doesn't change.
