Audubon is the worst Walmart I've ever been to. I've been going for years because it's close and cheap. They have a very incompetent and rude staff. The customers are just despicable humans. Today I waited 20 minutes for someone to let me in the dressing room after someone said they'd be over. This happens every time I want to try on clothes. This place is rotten. Learn how to run a business and keep your customers satisfied

Just stopped in for some new boxer briefs but easily found a decent selection of 3 and 6 packs in my size. I was in and out through a self checkout register in short order.

Shopping went fine got to the register and they lost power and they had no back up plan even the self check outs went down sad that I spent all that time shopping and was not able to purchase anything

They had a lot of call outs but it didn't stop them from doing there job the manager on duty she did a great job with managing customer service and the front end

Sorry I go here a few times because it was close and late I don’t know what it is but they make me feel like I’m a thief . I just don’t like when staff are so mean and just never have ice cream!!! Like I said I only go because it’s for my grandson or daughter. Somerdale one much preferred. Oh almost fell and twisted my ankle last night please fix parking lot

No one comes to Walmart for great customer service. I tried to return 2 items with receipts but was unable to do so because they said customer service was closed. Store closes at 11, why isn't it posted anywhere that customer service is closed?
The manager was helpful, she gave really good advice. "Don't rip the boxes before you return em, makes it harder for us to resale"

The staff was friendly and helpful. The store is not the most organized. Options are limited due to overall small store size. Parking lot is in rough shape, but kept clear of carts and trash pretty thoroughly.
