While traveling to Cape May, we were sideswiped on highway; and left side mirror was knocked out. We called the nearest Cadillac dealer; spoke to Sharon and it felt like I was talking to a family member. We brought the car in, met Mason service advisor. He made sure we were taken care of immediately before we would leave for back home.

Very impressed with how quick. I will mention this was on a F-250 Super Duty, so deisal parts and knowledgeable technicians are hard to find. They were fantastic in communication and the price was fair.”

“We had a dead battery and my key fob wasn't working so I thought we were going to need a tow to the dealership to get it fixed. After being connected to a different company that didn't help us and left us stranded, Tom from Kindle Ford Towing came out and helped us out. In the time it took me to get my key fob, he had discovered that it was just my battery and he fixed it in five minutes.
