“We had a unique situation when we took our daughter’s car to Marmora Auto. She had been in an accident with extensive damage (no one was hurt). A week or so after the repairs were completed, she had an issue when driving to the shore. She went home on a Sunday in our car and I called Marmora Auto to see if they could fit me in on Monday because we had to be back home on Tuesday. Lou was very accommodating and gave me an appointment. His team completed the diagnosis and Lou called with the result. The repair would have been quite expensive and I wanted to check with the mechanic who fixed the car from the accident to see what we should do. Turned out the failed part had been replaced as part of the accident repairs. Lou then spoke with our mechanic at home, they discussed the issue and our mechanic was able to order the part. Lou’s team made an adjustment so we could drive home, 90 miles. And we were able to have the car fixed at home under warranty. We are so thankful to Lou and his team for giving us an honest estimate and especially for working with our mechanic at home to get to an acceptable solution for all of us. Also, the property is well maintained and well organized.”

“We were staying in Wildwood for the week when I noticed my tire was slowly leaking. I was stressed looking around for a tire repair shop when I came across this place on Google. I drove there on a Thursday at about 12pm and the super nice ladies at the front were able to help me right away :-) My tire was repaired within 15 minutes and for only $20. “We had a dead battery and my key fob wasn't working so I thought we were going to need a tow to the dealership to get it fixed. After being connected to a different company that didn't help us and left us stranded, Tom from Kindle Ford Towing came out and helped us out. In the time it took me to get my key fob, he had discovered that it was just my battery and he fixed it in five minutes. Not only did he come to our rescue faster than Honda roadside assistance said it would take, he did a check first to see if he could help before towing. “i was on my way to the beach with my sons and noticed a nail in my tire and stopped in to Avalon Auto works and they couldn’t have been nicer. I had to get a new tire and it would be in between 3 and 3:30 that day. Came back from the beach and the guy delivering the tire mistakenly took it to the wrong place. They put a spare on it until i could get back in the morning. I showed up this morning and the tire was there. within 15 mins i had a new tire on. no charge since it was the tire place’s fault. They didn’t have to do that but it was awesome they did!! I would HIGHLY recommend this place for any of your auto needs. The owner and his wife and all the guys in the auto shop were all top notch! Hope you guys enjoyed the donuts!!!”
