Avalon Surf Camp is without a doubt the best surf camp in the area! The instructors not only have experience and skill but are also very patient, fun and encouraging. They provide all the gear needed for surfing and give kids a fun learning experience they’ll never forget!

Fabulous Camp and lessons where all three of our children learned to surf and then loved it so much they became instructors there. Good for any level surfer from the tiniest newcomer to seasoned surfer.

Absolutely the best place to bring your kids, or even adults, to learn how to surf! The instructors are absolutely amazing with the kids and really know their stuff. The instructors know what to look for to correct so everyone gets the most out of each lesson. Dave is extremely welcoming and easy to schedule with. 10/10.

Best surf camp on jersey shore!
The workers are very friendly and are great with the students of all ages! Avalon Surf Camp is a great way to start off a summer day, so fun!!!!!

Year after year my kids and husband have been going to Avalon Surf Camp. The instructors are awesome and super helpful. Great set up and well equipped, makes it super easy to show up and get surfing! Highly recommend.

I’ve been coming here for surf lessons for years now and every time it’s been a blast! Dave is such a kind and understanding man who is such a bundle of positivity and good vibes, and his staff is well trained and do a good job of helping everyone out. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun activity either for them or their kids in the morning.
