Supposed to be high quality custom kitchen table and chairs for you beach house. Table arrived with dried paint drips down the side. Went back for fixing. Was told it would be a day. Instead no communication and took 1.5 weeks. I’m happy to pay these prices, but quality and communication are expected.

Clearly, this store is successful (for the moment) in spite of themselves. Customer service is non existent. Phone calls go unreturned, sales people have a arrogance about them and give you the impression your business isn't welcome. It’s sad as this store was one of our favs when they started out.
