“I dropped into classes here for a week while I was on vacation, and absolutely loved it! The staff and gym members were welcoming and friendly, the trainers were excellent at meeting me where I'm at on my own fitness level and pushing me to reach my best potential, and the 1 week drop-in pass was a great price for all that it gets you. I'll definitely be coming back here anytime I'm in town! :)”

My trainer Dale was very attentive and informative, he took the time to understand my goals and my limitations and tailor fit a program that works perfectly for me. The work the new ownership has done to the gym is remarkable, I was very impressed with the changes. It's good to know I will have a great gym with great staff to return to next summer.”

“Upon arrival around 2:30, parked car and could here music and fun around the pool, tiki bar area from the other side of the fence. Staying for a few days, visiting family. Check in was easy and the staff very welcoming, especially the dog with the big bark. Arrived at room, opened door, and was welcomed with a fresh smelling room. I still bring my own cleaning products, but the room didn't smell musty. Big plus I have no complaints. Cleaning staff, great. Don't forget to tip them. Ms Shirley the bar keep at Tiki bar very nicealong with the guy that works with her. They have a DJ and live entertainment daily. A nice schedule of daily entertainment. Live band, karaoke, guest appearances, etc Ordered fries with my libations, and they were good. The outdoor pool was clean, a lot of kids so I don't know if it was a salt water pool or . Didn't visit inside pool, gym area located in other building as yet but what I've seen thus far, no complaints”

“Go there daily. Open everyday year round. Good selection of machines, free weights, and dumbbells. Multiple types of cardiovascular equipment. In the summer outside area is open with additional equipment. Doubles the workout space. Classes held upstairs. This place is my go-to place every morning. Convenient access with your phone.”
