Avalon Auto Works is great! I came by in the morning with a flat tire and they had it replaced by the afternoon! So convenient and efficient. I’d highly recommend them.

Poor service, they try to sell you something vs helping you out. I was in a crunch to get a tire plugged so I could get back to work using my car and they refused service and tried to sell me a set of 4 new tires. Told me I needed new tires but I took my service elsewhere and got it plugged up no issues. Wouldn’t recommend this place if you need dependability. Off island places have better pricing and get it done,

Best service! Tire kept flattening during my vacation & couldn’t find the leak. They found it, got new tires THAT day & got me back to the beach within the morning. So professional and so nice! Thanks for the great service!!

Avalon Auto Works totally saved me on my vacation this weekend. My car overheated and it turns out my radiator was broken and needing to be replaced. After having it towed and trying two other shops, I called AAW at 2pm on a Friday (we are due to leave town to return home to PA on Monday). They could sense the stress in my voice and immediately put me at ease, telling me that they would replace the radiator and refill my coolant on Saturday morning, no problem. The work was done by 9:30am without any issues. To say that their customer service is excellent is an understatement. They will forever be my number one choice for any auto needs when I'm in the area.
Side note: I would recommend staying away from the auto shops in Wildwood as the ones I spoke to were rude and unhelpful.

Incredible, fast service and friendly staff. They even had a small box with free goodies for the kids. Headed here for help with the car while on vacation. We’d come back anytime. Highly recommend.

We were on vacation and noticed a loss in tire pressure. Avalon Auto Works found a nail, plugged the tire, and had us back on the road in 15 minutes. They could not have been any nicer! We are grateful.

Avalon Auto works is the best! I came down for the weekend and my car started to make weird noises. I brought it to them Monday morning. I was told they would get to my car in the afternoon. I was expecting later in the afternoon but then I got a call around 1pm letting me know what was wrong. They were able to order the part needed and fix my car the next morning. I HIGHLY recommend them. I love that they are a family business. Jen and Joe are great! Very professional! Will recommend to others!

Visited during the off-season for an oil change and tire rotation on my child’s car. The work was completed quickly, which I appreciated. However, when the technician called to confirm the car was ready, they recommended replacing the filters and wiper blades, which I accepted without asking about the cost. That was my mistake, as I was shocked to find the total bill came to $350, part of which included a labor charge. In my experience, labor is typically included in the price for an oil change and basic service. Overall, it was a disappointing experience but a valuable lesson learned.

i was on my way to the beach with my sons and noticed a nail in my tire and stopped in to Avalon Auto works and they couldn’t have been nicer. I had to get a new tire and it would be in between 3 and 3:30 that day. Came back from the beach and the guy delivering the tire mistakenly took it to the wrong place. They put a spare on it until i could get back in the morning. I showed up this morning and the tire was there. within 15 mins i had a new tire on. no charge since it was the tire place’s fault. They didn’t have to do that but it was awesome they did!! I would HIGHLY recommend this place for any of your auto needs. The owner and his wife and all the guys in the auto shop were all top notch! Hope you guys enjoyed the donuts!!!

Went to Avalon Auto for tire replacement, I can’t say enough about their professionalism and customer service, honestly, I thought that being in Avalon prices would be higher than most places but they found great tires for a super price! I love when that happens! Awesome company with great people!!

Noticed a screw in my truck tire about 2 hours before our 120 mile trip back home. Called Avalon auto works about 30 mins before their closing time on a holiday weekend and they said bring it in and we’ll get you taken care of. When I arrived Jenn the owner was as nice as they come and they got me in and out in 10 minutes. Jenn makes you feel like family. I would certainly go here again if needed or now even for gas.
