I received a gift certificate for a Swedish massage here. I get massages monthly, so I was not expecting to receive the best massage of my life! My masseuse was Lexi, and she was phenomenal. Highly recommend! Perfect pressure!

It was my first time there for a facial. The atmosphere was calm and inviting. My facial was great. Mackenzie help me with understanding my skin type and what I should do to continue with my routine for a better complexion. And I'm returning for a head Spa.

Was an INCREDIBLE time at Spa Avalon yesterday! Called them 5 days before we were coming and they made 5 appointments happen and each service was just as amazing as the staff and the salon! Would recommend 100% and can't wait to go back !

I really wanted to like this place but the head spa treatment I received was pretty awful. I came here for my birthday with my sisters, and was so excited to try this service. I never get alone time, and have two small children, so getting an afternoon away is extremely rare.
They started 10 min late and cut my 50 min service to 40…
There is a neck and shoulder massage that’s supposed to be included and advertised on the site… the therapist just didn’t do this. And there was no scalp massage… again this was advertised on the site. It was basically someone washing my hair for $95. And that was the discounted rate I got for complaining.
I asked if I could get a massage or literally any service that included an extra massage and was told no lol.
The two stars are for Ashley who did my manicure, and the fact that they cut the cost of the service down. But honestly I think I should have been charged like $40…. The receptionist wasn’t that nice about it and made an excuse it was a new service, and that they were still figuring it out. I think I just got a dud therapist.
Writing this review to give anyone booking this service their time back.

My recent visit to the spa was nothing short of spectacular, thanks to the exceptional services provided by McKensie and Joanne. From the moment I walked in, I was enveloped in a serene and calming atmosphere that set the stage for a truly rejuvenating experience.
First, I had the pleasure of receiving a facial from McKenzie. This treatment was absolutely glorious. McKenzie's expertise and gentle touch made the facial incredibly relaxing and refreshing. She used high-quality products that left my skin feeling revitalized and glowing. McKensie was also kind enough to have her picture taken, adding a personal touch to the experience. Out of the two services, the facial was my favorite, as it left me feeling pampered and radiant.
Next, I enjoyed a delightful Swedish massage by Joanne. Although Joanne preferred not to have her picture taken, her skill and professionalism spoke volumes. The massage was perfectly balanced, with just the right amount of pressure to relieve tension and promote relaxation. Joanne's technique was impeccable, ensuring that every muscle felt attended to and rejuvenated.
The massage room, represented by door number two, provided a peaceful and comfortable environment that enhanced the overall experience. The combination of soothing music and calming scents made it easy to unwind and enjoy the treatment.
In conclusion, my visit to this spa was a blissful escape from the everyday hustle and bustle. Both McKensie and Joanne provided top-notch services, with the facial being a standout highlight. If you're looking for a place to relax and indulge in high-quality spa treatments, I highly recommend this spa. You won't be disappointed!

Please do not advertise the weight-loss injections on a big board outside the store. Let people who want that ask for it. This will avoid preying on vulnerable people’s insecurities for income. It may also avoid any upset from anyone walking past (including children!!) as they could be an eating disorder survivor / in recovery just trying to enjoy a vacation.

Just make sure you check their price list before you go in...I ran in for a pedicure before the weekend and went up to the desk to be charged $75, I was kind of caught off guard and I was so confused. It was just a regular pedicure, nothing special...just because I live in Avalon doesn't mean I like to throw money away, I will definitely go elsewhere next time, I could have gotten a pedicure and new shoes for that price. Sorry

What a great little spa in the heart of Avalon! I’ve done the packages a few times for special weekends and it’s always relaxing and rejuvenating. The facials are wonderful and my manicure is still going strong over a week later, with two little kids! Everyone who works there is lovely. I will definitely be back:)
