Several years ago a friend recommended JR Taxation because we were doing our own taxes to try to save a few $$$ every year and we were told a professional could maximize our tax returns. That was 100% accurate. We lost so much money overs the years trying to save a few dollars by not paying a professional. JR Taxation has significantly increased the amount of our returns year after year and they also give us the peace of mind that everything is professional and accurate. They are very kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and available to answer all our tax questions quickly. Switching to JR Taxation was without a doubt the best decision for our family

John was very professional and was always there to help with any questions or concerns I had. He provided me with several option of how to share my tax docs, in a tax his office or virtually. He told me I could drop off my docs at the tax office or if I didn't feel comfortable with that I could email or fax him my docs. He prepared my taxes and provided me guidance and let me know that unlike other tax preparers I can rely on him all year, year after year.

The tax preparation from John Rivera’s is always exceptional. Been using him for 10+ years now. As he knows very quickly the best way to prepare my taxes within a short time of viewing my documents. He stays up to date with the current IRS laws and policies and he always has a wealth of information for approaching the current year or handling previous years. On top of he’s incredibly fast. Getting my return completed usually within the same day.

Extremely poor service! The staff is very unprofessional and never follows their schedule. I have made multiple trips and this place is always closed. When I called on the number listed on the door he started to asking me “what type of transaction are you looking to do” in other words if it’s benefical enough he will open otherwise hangs up on you. Overall, don’t waste your time coming here. This place sucks!
