“Irene and her team are truly the best!! I had a crochet swimsuit that was way too big. No one else would touch it, but they did the alteration with no fuss. It came out perfectly. I’ve come to her to get my suits, formal dresses, and other garments tailored. Everything always comes out perfect! Back when I was in college, I really couldn’t afford a nice suit so I brought a cheap one but got it tailored here and to this day everyone always comments on how good that suit looks. Don’t hesitate to come here even if you have a more difficult alteration. They are the ones who can get it done!”

“My car was a mess after a month on country roads in Maine and a very minor scape on the bumper leaving behind some paint that needed to be buffed out. Bubble Run did a thorough examination, kept me informed throughout, performed the work the same day and even came to pick me up when it was done. “I’ve been washing my clothes in laundromats since I was a kid. I usually frequent a particular laundromat in Newark near my house that I feel comfortable going to - but yesterday I decided to stop in and try Garwood Laundromat since I was in the area. I am very pleased with my decision. The machines are new and efficient - and although they are priced a bit higher than the ones in Newark - their efficiency makes up for it. I also like that you can pay with quarters, or load a store card and use that. There aren’t many places to fold clothes, but it wasn’t busy at all the night that I went, and I didn’t have trouble finding a spot to fold. They have oversized dryers which are my favorite to use for large loads - which are very reasonably priced. There is ample parking, and a pizzeria near by in case you’re hungry and want to grab a slice. I will be back for sure.”
“During the week it is quiet to wash here. On the weekend it is chaos. The machines and dryers work very well. But lately I feel like it's very expensive, every washing machine. For that reason alone I give it 4 stars.”

In my particular case,I didn't realize that the Westfield location had earlier closing hours on Saturday versus the Scotch Plains location and the owner opened up the store so that I could pick up the door that I needed for my husband. “I just moved to the area and came here for the first time on Saturday evening, based on the reviews. There was me and one other couple there. The woman who works there was very pleasant. She could tell I had never been there before and took the time to explain the various payment options in place for doing laundry there, which are quite a few, as well as how to access the parking lot. They have laundry payment cards that you can refill, all the machines also accept debit/credit cards, and they take quarters. The facility was very neat and clean. My only issue is that they don't have smaller machines. They have the large ones for $5.50 and the medium ones for $3.50. I'd generally prefer putting my whites in smaller machines since the load is so small, and the $3.50 machine would be entirely too big for them. The dryers, however are VERY powerful. They're $.25 for 9 minutes and I put my clothes in for 18 minutes, but they were dry within the first 9 minutes. I definitely plan to come here going forward for my laundry needs.”
