They checked in multiple times to remind me when they were arriving. They asked me good questions about what I was moving in order to make it as easy as possible.When we arrived at my new house, they asked where I wanted my items. They placed them exactly where I asked. At the end I was invited aboard the truck to make sure nothing was left behind.I hope I never move again. Lol. “We hired Reliable Van & Storage (through Allied Van Lines) for our move from Staten Island, NY to Fuquay Varina, NC. One reason was that Jon-Paul Francini worked with us to pin down our inventory over and over again. Their quote, while not the lowest, was reasonable and the most detailed. They did not require an up-front payment or deposit. They were the most flexible when it came to methods of payment.When they arrived, their four-man crew, led by Brent Bobb - a great guy - carefully wrapped each piece of furniture. They packed each artwork in special boxes. They took everything we showed them that we wanted moved and documented every item. They were polite, friendly, personable, fast and efficient. They were extremely competent and instilled confidence.The delivery at our new home was ably handled by Brent, who unloaded and carefully unwrapped each piece of furniture and placed everything where we wanted it. Jessica Lindner called us more than once to be sure everything was going according to out liking.Overall, we're very happy that we hired Reliable and extremely pleased with their work. Quick response from owner Jim to my initial inquiry led to next day visit by sales manager Mike. He walked thru entire house took a detailed inventory and worked up an estimate while we sat at my kitchen table. Every question I had was answered quickly and professionally and the two day move to PA could not have gone smoother. Courteous professional crews at pick up and drop off. Hats off to UVL. “I used them to move from NJ to SC and had a good size move of 10,500 lbs. They came in person to review the house and provided an estimate that turned out to be very close to the actual. They provided limited packing of key items and nothing was damaged it what they packed or what I did. Overall they were great to deal with the driver and the crew on both ends was great. “Highly recommend Pals Moving Service if you trying to move the place to call is Pals moving!!!if you have any packing job that you’re worried about, moving job that you’re worried about you can take that headache off your head because toy will not going to have any problem with Pals moving I dealt with a l professional guy on the phone his name was Sammy and he went ahead and scheduled me to be moved. Movers arrived right on time. They gave me a heads up, wrapped my furniture beautifully took care of all my belongings. I paid for extra hours and additional service to unpack all of my clothes but was just hours instead of me doing myself watching the boxes and not touching them for months lol, put back all in my closet and where it belongs and I totally loved it. “We used Harrington in August of 2023. We highly recommend them- Erv was very considerate during the initial visit. His quote was almost exactly what we were charged and he answered multiple questions I had leading up to the move. Netto and his crew were very professional. They were cautious, quick and did an amazing job. We had them pack up mirrors, paintings, glassware- anything fragile- and nothing was broken. All boxes and furniture was carefully placed in the correct room. They even got our king sized mattress up three narrow flights of stairs without any damage to the walls or mattress. Nothing was missing or broken, time lines were met and the cost was reasonable. Moving is stressful enough but Erv, Netto and the crew made it all much easier for our family. We would use Harrington Movers again.”
