In addition to providing bad services, the Sansone Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Car Service staff treats its clients and veterans horribly. I'm a Purple Heart combat veteran, and this vehicle dealership gave me the worst customer service that I've ever gotten.When I scheduled a 10:30 AM appointment for a multipoint vehicle inspection two days after Veterans Day, Manny informed me that my car would be available in one to one and a half hours. My 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee was parked, and Manny was given the keys.I did not hear back from them until 2:30 PM and that's after I called. I voiced how that was unprofessional and unacceptable. When they returned my phone call and gave me the diagnostics, I explained what I needed to get done and asked if my car will be accessible before 6:00 PM which is when they are closed. The representative answered yes!I was later contacted and informed at 5:30 that there were no technicians available to service my vehicle and that I should pick it up from the sales department. I was infuriated and asked to speak to the supervisor to ask how can they accommodate. He was nice enough to waive the multi-point car inspection charge.When I went to pick up my car from sales, I discovered that the front and rear wipers were damaged. I left the car there to be examined after explaining to the salesperson how that was unacceptable because my windshield had never been broken.I spoke with the manager the morning after, from the service department, who informed me that my windshield wipers were previously broken and it's not their fault. I'm now left with bad customer service and broken windshield wipers as a result of Sansone Chrysler Jeep Ram Service Department.

I brought my car to get the ac fixed. it wasn't blowing cold air. it was still blowing. I take it to get fixed and it was near 700. it worked for 2 weeks and then had to go right back to get fixed. they now expect me to pay another 860. they are very unprofessional as I have been trying to get in contact with someone in management to talk about this issue. it has taken a week to hear back. so my car has just been sitting there while I waste even more funds on transportation to get around. they have given me no solution besides paying the money. which mean I wasted my previous 700. this place is really unprofessional and thieves as well.

I came to do an oil change at 9am they tell me it's will take 3 hrs because they are busy I ask what time I can came they tell me they are open up to 6 so I be back by 4:30 and they tell me technicians leave at 4:30 they can't do anything this people play with our time they lied about the ours of service so they don't do anything during the day they always said they are busy but the garage it's empty all the time they are terrible the worse place to take care of your Jeep.

I have only had really good experiences at Sansone Service. Appointment are easily made within a reasonable time. Car was repaired promptly and car was washed. Will always return here for service

Is there a corporate number I can call to escalate this because I have a brand new Jeep Wrangler that I'm not using because of this issue that I'm still paying for.

Contacted Chrysler Capital. My title was sent to Sansone FedEx 10 days ago. Still haven't received my title. Do not lease or buy a vehicle from Sansone. They do not return emails or phone calls. Worst car buying experience ever.

I wish I could select zero star for this location.One of the new tires they installed on my Chrystler got nail. They patched it and within hours it started losing the air. We took the car back to them to fix it and again they patched it & it starts deflating withing hours of driving. We were driving long distance this time & asked them to give us safe solution and their technician just fixed it in a jiffy.This location is full of incompetent and irresponsible technicians. They undermine their clients safety, they are dishonest and push problems under the rug.

Absolutely a terrible dealership. I made an appointment for an oil change. They were quick to find another 3000$ in repairs while I was there. Of course they weren't quick in getting me out of there. When I left, I also discovered an 800$ wallet with cash in it is also missing from my vehicle. Absolutely disgraceful. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!

Rude cold service. Act like you are doing them a favor. I got one car from here years ago and then tried to take myBusiness back twice and both times left because the sales people are so trash. Very little effort. Don't know how they conduct any business here.

Sansone Jeep Service & sales are THE WORSE, not very friendly & very bad service. Sales:I wanted to buy my Jeep Wrangler there in 2016 since they're about 2 miles from my house and when I walked in I had to ask the salesman twice to get some attention, the guy was too busy on his phone.Then without even getting up off his chair & looking at me, he asked if I knew what I wanted in my Jeep?I just said nevermind & turned around and left; I bought my Jeep at another dealer 22 miles away. In 2020, I went there again to trade my 4dr for a 2020 2dr, dealt with a different salesmán, again no attention & the guy didn't seem too interested in dealing with me, so I went back to the dealer who I had done my deal with before.Sansone might be the biggest dealer but they all suck!!!Service:Very unfriendly ladies there in service, poor attention, never a smile, went there for service twice and both times, then the actual service, it was the same thing, first time whoever worked on my jeep left a wire harness hanging out the bottom of my right tail light.Second time, it took almost a week for a one day job.Everytime I called about it, I got no answer and when they finally answered one or two days later, they would tell me maybe tomorrow.SMH, DONT GO THERE, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!I KNOW I'M NEVER GOING BACK THERE!!!
