Best Hot yoga studio in the country if you ask me. Every time I leave class, I feel like I am floating on air. Amazing teachers . Beautiful space.

The owner is incredibly rude and unprofessional. Has an attitude and needs to learn how to be more welcoming, especially to newer clients. Yoga is supposed to be a wonderful and healing experience, and this was incredibly stressful.

The space is incredibly small and they have probably twice the amount of people they should. Could probably accommodate 18 people in the small space, but cram in about 30. They do not have any classes earlier than 8 am so it is not conducive to anyone working. The classes also do not start on time which is also not good for people going during work hours.

I just wrapped up my introductory week so here's my verdict: great teachers with challenging and cohesive flows. They also 100% live up to being a hot yoga studio. It is HOT. The room must be well insulated and they shore up the gap at the bottom of the doors in the room so the heat and humidity builds and builds. It's actually too hot for me so I don't plan to come back. For me, the extreme heat distracts from the inner heat that is built from mindful movement and breathing. I'm not going to dock any stars because of my personal preferences. I knew I was going to a hot studio, but I had hoped it wouldn't be too hot. For some context into my yoga background, I mostly practice at home working through the Ashtanga primary series or flowing to the beat of my own drum. I have been looking for a studio with great community and fun and challenging classes, but it seems like hot yoga studios are the only option in this area.
