This Acme sucks management is rude and workers don't know where anything is. First thing you will notice when walking in this place the floor is filthy, Produce looks like it's been sitting there for a few days. Would never recommend this acne to anyone.

The worse customer service in the world. Never in my life have I ever experienced something like this, Connie was watching over the self checkout lanes my Apple Pay wasn’t working so I had to run back to the car and get my card so she cancelled the 3 items I had and put them back after I told her I’d be right back in. I grab the items again and go back to self checkout because the only lane open had people so I ring up my items and I pay with my card I owed 29 cents and the machine I was at didn’t take cash or change so I asked her if she could cancel it and ring it up at her register or just cancel it so I can go to another register and she asked me why I literally stood there in shock and said why are you being so rude. She continued to ask why I wanted to cancel the transaction again and I already cancelled it once. Asked me if I could buy it or not , I repeated myself I just need to split the payment and it doesn’t accept cash then she goes maybe I can with the snarkiest most rude attitude ever. Now with tears in my eyes I looked around in complete disbelief as another worker was standing there witnessing it I just walked away to guest services and told them about the interaction. Which it seemed like they did not care at all.I will never be returning here again. I am beyond disappointed I’m horrified to have experienced something like this especially in front of my child!!! To stand there and argue with me as I’m visibly upset and continue to badger me on why I need to switch registers is beyond me and someone like that should not be working in bay type of customer service.

Terrible Customer Service and Rude BehaviorI recently had the unfortunate experience of interacting with the deli team at Acme, and I must say it was nothing short of a disappointment. The level of rudeness and lackluster customer service displayed by this team was truly astonishing, leaving me with an unfavorable impression that I feel compelled to share.From the moment I approached the deli counter, it was clear that the team members had no interest in providing any sort of quality service. Their demeanor was consistently unfriendly, as if they were inconvenienced by my presence. Instead of greeting me with a smile or a warm welcome, they responded with indifference, and in some cases, outright rudeness.As I proceeded to place my order, I found the deli team's attitude to be utterly unprofessional. They showed little patience or willingness to assist me in making my selection, seemingly annoyed by my questions about the available options. It was as if they were doing me a favor by serving me, rather than recognizing that they were there to cater to customers' needs.Moreover, the team's communication skills were severely lacking. They appeared disinterested in providing any sort of guidance or recommendations, leaving me to navigate the menu on my own. When I requested specific modifications to my order, they responded dismissively, as if my requests were an inconvenience. The lack of attention to detail was evident, as they frequently made mistakes with the orders and showed no remorse for their errors.The wait time at the deli counter was also unacceptably long, despite there being only a few customers ahead of me. The team members seemed more interested in socializing among themselves than in efficiently serving the customers. It was clear that their priority was anything but providing a satisfactory customer experience.In conclusion, my encounter with the deli team at Acme was a profoundly negative one. Their lack of professionalism, rudeness, and overall disinterest in delivering quality customer service were truly disappointing. I would strongly advise against patronizing this deli until they address their customer service issues and take the necessary steps to improve the overall experience for their customers.
