I have to say the staff is rude buts it's not their fault. They are living up to the standards set by the managers and district managers. It would be better if the staff was rebellious and were rude becausethey wanted to bucj the system.. I just think they are clueless that they are rude and need someone to point them in the right direction or point them to the door.

This store- the pharmacy department specifically- about 50% of the staff is insufferably rude. I’m not sure why the staff at this particular pharmacy feels they’re so entitled as to treat customers the way they do.

This store is online as being a medication drop off. It is NOT. Theirs is broken.\\nPlease take it off the list you send people to in Google maps.

This store is just terrible! Every time I get some rude or who doesn't know what they're talking about especially in the pharmacy. It's very unprofessional. Definitely not going to go there anymore.

Another comment regarding the arrogance and rudeness of the pharmacy staff. Management must be overwhelmed and intimidated by their staff if they are unable to address the problem that has been brought to their attention a number of times.Pathetic that your life must be so miserable that you cannot even put forth a minimum customer service effort. If pharmacy managers and store managers are not up to the task it might be time for corporate to get involved.Using CVS for any health needs, forget it....I'm better off smoking a pack of cigarettes .

Waited on hold forever to ask pharmacy a question and the only thing worse than navigating through endless computer prompts to get to a real person is when said person provide a curt response and hangs up on you. SO rude

This pharmacy NEVER answers their phones! one time i was on the line waiting to speak to a pharmacist for 20 minutes i just hung up i was so frustrated and so over waiting!

This is the worse pharmacy. I have been attempting to get in contact with someone in the pharmacy for over 2 hours. I finally called the front end and I was placed on hold again and still on hold as I write this. The phone is constantly being disconnected after waiting on hold for 20+ minutes. They are a business that is dealing with people's health. This is unacceptable and we will be changing pharmacies. They are too big to give the customer service that is needed when dealing with people's health.

Second year in a row that i went here for the flu shot very professionally organized friendly pharmacy service and the best part is an appointment is not needed if its an option will return again next year thank you
