This is my first time using this company but I can't say enough good about the experience. Everything was done in a timely fashion. They got me everything I needed. This place is great. I contacted them needing to rebuild/replace floating dock and misc fixed docks. Knowing nothing about what I needed Andrew took the time to make a materials list and patiently helped as I adjusted to fit my needs. They delivered to my location with a nicely wrapped package. All materials were great quality. This is the one and only place I will use in the future. Everyone I talked to there had the same great attitude and friendly service. Thanks again

I have been using this company for many years for bulkheading and decking supplies. I have always been treated fairly and professionally from the entire staff. Nicole at the front desk has helped with me on numerous projects with finding and securing the materials I need. She has also helped me choose decking color combinations that I, and my customers, are very pleased with. I can not recommend this company enough for any contractors or homeowners who are in the market for bulkheading and decking supplies.

I bought a 3/4” 4x8 marine plywood at a price of approximately $90.00 for my boat. After treating the wood before installing it the plywood delaminated. The plywood manufacturer and dockside marine will not stand by their products . They want me to buy another sheet and try again with no Guarantee it will do it again. I think it’s poor business that they will do NOTHING for customer satisfaction.

I live on the bay. I do all my own work within reason. When I go to dockside they treat me the same way they would treat a contractor. And that's a good thing. From the counter guy to the yard worker, I feel treated like a valued customer.

I was very disappointed with the quality of the lumbar. I ordered 76 2X6 boards for a bulkhead capping project, delivered. Apparently there are 80 boards in a bundle. It seems that instead of sending me a bundle with four boards removed, they scooped up all the 2X6s that nobody wanted and delivered them to me. They are full of loose knots and bark. Some are split. I know to expect some variation in lumbar, but when you pay a premium for #1 I expect better. There is so much waste I will need to get more. I don't want to go back there though. Maybe home depot.
