They are awesome always make sure your refills are filled all the staff are the best they treat you like family I use to use Walgreens over 30 years they.got terrible staff don't no what their doing you go to drive in are told your not done yet drive around then more cars Glad I go to MedCap pharmacy

They were closed when I arrived due to the fires & power being out but the owner happened to be in the parking lot. He took my package, and sent it out the next day. I was there once prior (I rarely get prescriptions) and decided to make it my pharmacy then. A small business run by kind people.

I was in your pharmacy earlier today and a Indian man was very polite and the older Caucasian male was very unprofessional and discriminating towards myself and family. It's very rude and unpolite. Please have Consideration for Human kind..!!!!!!!!!!

One of the worst places I have ever been, I have been a customer there for the past 9 years, and today the new owner told me that I am not allowed to come here anymore, and that I need to tell my doctor to send my prescription somewhere else because he doesn't like my insurance and that my insurance is making him lose money somehow, which doesn't make any sense cause he accepts my insurance & I have used it there all the time, and he pretty much kicked me out of the pharmacy, he was so rude & disrespectful, I don't recommend going there at all.

Since 2020 it has almost been impossible to get my scripts filled due to the pharmacist fear of being constantly audited. And if they (every pharmacy I had been to) happen to have the script in stock, you will need to wait at least 5 hours to a couple of days.Medicap is a very welcoming pharmacy; with a really nice staff. I have been using them for over 4 months now. They ALWAYS have my scripts in stock. And ever time they get my scripts ready while I wait; 5-10 minute's. Only one downside; is that they are closed on weekends. They make up for that by filling any script 3 days ahead of time.Over the counter meds and supplies are about 10-25% less expensive than any pharmacy. (especially the big chains like CVS and Wallgreens) I highly recommend that you take a look inside. The staff will introduce themselves; and remember your name every time. I am still not finished with this review/post, its a short summary.

They charged me $2 to drop off a very small package. I already had a FREE SHIPPING return label from Verizon.Don't they also get paid by UPS for offering this service?RIP OFF!
