Worst bank to do business with. All about themselves not the customer's. I don't recommend them. Your second nature to them.

TD bank can tell you anything as most used car salesman do that they have your best interest in mind when you can clearly see their best interests don't fall on the side of the business owner. but before you open a business account I can prove to you that they don't have your business as a priority. This is what happened to me. I've had a business account with TDBank for 30 years. I've had no cash deposits but sometime make cash withdrawals as my need. I go into TD bank and withdraw $9000.00 dollars and the clerk says I have to do a CTR which puts a red flag on my SS # I look up the law and the IRS requires you to report $10,000.00 dollars or more. . I show it to the girl and she says it's always been 8 thosand here. I look up online and sure enough it's $10,000.00 but it says that the teller can report for suspicious activity. Now I'm pissed cause I've had the account for 30 years with large deposits. I feel like I was being mistreated which I found out I wasn't. I go back into the bank and go to the service area and explain how I felt and why and the woman says thats its TD bank policy to report 8 thousand. . A guy sitting at the next table is a business owner and he said to me " yea it's true, TD bank is the only bank that reports 8 thousand dollars and I've had an issue with that for years, he states that TD bank didn't treat you badly they just treat all business customers that way" So I found out that they weren't treating me like crap they treat all their business owners like crap! Honestly this was worst then a one time poor treatment it's a policy. Who are they serving by lowering the legal amount you can withdraw before getting tagged. It isn't the business owner that for sure. If they are doing this in that area they don't have your best interest in mind what else can they be doing. Next time you go in there ask them what amount will trigger a CTR for withdrawals? You will see. Then look up the legal limit they need to report a CTR. I wish Commerse never got bought by TD bank. Ever since then I fltl like they went from (the most convenient bank) to telling me they are the most convenient bank.

I'm extremely disappointed in this bank. Bank fees are the worst compared to most other banks in the area. They'll charge you $15.00 anytime you fall below $100 anytime during the month. Even if it's just for a minute. Plus charge 1.00 every month if you have a mailed statement. Charge me these fees for your supposedly "convenient" banking hours? I'll go somewhere else. Thx.
