Pharmacy closed on July 4 so I was unable to pick up prescription. Other pharmacies were all opened. Always a long wait inside and drive up. Understaffed and poor customer service.

If I could give them zero stars I would. They are the nastiest pharmacy I've ever had the displeasure of going to. The pharmacist won't talk to you, the clerks are rude and no one is helpful in any way. If you value your medications, do not go there.

This Walgreens is a really good place—very clean, always well-maintained. However, it's often stocked up very well beside certain aisles, such as personal care and similar items. If you're looking for something specific, I recommend calling ahead to avoid wasting your time. Generally, the staff here are very kind, respectful, and helpful. It's never loud or disruptive; instead, it's a calm, cool, and collected place.

The front end associates are fabulous always there to help and with a smile. The pharmacy could use more staff however, I have never had a problem & my scripts are always ready on time.

Wish I could do ZERO stars! I have never been to a store where every employee is rude and nasty! The only employees that are nice to you are the cashiers, who have the hardest job. The way they answer you is so unprofessional! It seems like the customer is always a bother, wait a minute?!?! NO customers NO paycheck! Look at Rite Aid. Time to change pharmacies.

Horrible pharmacy and staff
Today i came in at 8:58pm drive through is closed them saying that no pharmacist on duty sign
Crazy i walked inside and they have at least 4 people working
I really do t understand what happened with this pharmacy after covid19
Before that they had wonderful staff quick responding and all not it sucks

What's the point of me making an appointment for a vaccine if you take me almost an hour after my appointment time?? I understand they are busy, but there has to be a better system.

Do yourselves a favor & have your prescriptions filled anywhere but through this incompetent, dysfunctional, abhorrent & appalling pharmacy!!

I had an appointment at Walgreens on bay ave in Barnegat and I did all paper work before hand and they stated to be there 15 minutes before your appointment which I did. I ended up waiting 45 minutes and still was not called so I said I am not staying any longer..The Pharmacist was very rude about the whole thing saying nothing is her fault..they were not even Busy and she was on the phone the whole time…SO SO RUDE!!!! If you can go anywhere else do so cause she doesn’t care..

I went to Walgreen on bay Ave in Barnegat I had an appointment I was the only one there and still waited 45 minutes to get a shot and when I said something to the pharmacist did, so did she say let me do it now or I'm sorry for the wait NO her response it's not my fault. She just proves to me that there is no customer service anymore. be warned stay away I wouldn't want someone as uncaring as her filling my prescriptions.

Terrible service at the Pharmacy Drive thru & in store. Always understaffed and fails to follow through with what they tell customers. I’ve had to waste gas and time, several times, not just once, but many times this has happened.

Stated in store that Walgreens has become very disappointing, as I found my medication was put back for no reason when I came to pick it up. I got a shrug. Can’t wait to fill my next script at CVS instead.

I have honestly never had such an issue with a pharmacy like I do with this place every single time. I understand they may be busy, but it takes forever to get a script filled and their staff are not even friendly. I was very sick today and went there after urgent care to pick up medications while I was out already in this bad weather, 3 to be exact. Two of them were from urgent care and one is a regular medication I have been getting filled. The young lady at the window with the black curly long hair was not very pleasant and she told me it would take an hour. I asked if there was anyway they could get it ready now since I'm sick and already here and I would wait, she stepped over the the pharmacy and came back and said yeah it's going to be an hour. Meanwhile, there was no one in the drive through or even inside waiting. I said ok, so I just want to make sure all 3 will be ready and filled when I get back and she again repeated herself like she was annoyed with me. I get a text over an hour later that 2 medications are ready.. so I call the pharmacy and it was a different lady now on the phone that told me the third medication was never asked to be refilled. Clearly if the lady wasn't so rude earlier and listened when I was very clear to her I wouldn't have had to call there and do her job as well! It just seems to be this way every time we go with no improvement.
