Love this place but hrs say open till 11 yet they never are

Every time the “mom” is there, I am greeted with, “CASH? CASH? You have cash?” Not a “hello.” Not a “how are you?” Just “Cash? Cash? Cash?” (Like, you’re really going to lose my business over hassling me to save 10¢ on a credit card transaction?)Whenever the “son” is there, I can’t even finish my sentence and he is already printing out my lottery ticket without the bonuses I want. Both times it was, “Well, I already printed it.” No apology. No offer to take the $2 loss and give me the ticket I originally wanted. He was going to make me pay for the ticket HE messed up in addition to the one I actually wanted to purchase.Will not be going back ever again. There is no such thing as customer service skills here. So disappointed since it’s within walking distance and would be very convenient for me.

Horrible place. Charged me extra money for the items I received. Was very hesitant to give me my receipt. Cost of items did not add up correctly. The cashier only rang up one of my items then charged whatever she wanted for the rest. Prices of items are not listed anywhere. Do not go here, their just trying to steal your money.
