Thank goodness for the Barrington Fed Ex office! New driver did not deliver a package just left in middle of road. Called the Barrington office and they straightened the whole thing out, left special Instructions for the driver so package will be delivered correctly next month! Kind patient courteous folks in this office....

IF this is Where Home delivery comes from, Big Trucks. I was Very impressed w/ Delivery of my New TV!! I was so nervous. Haven't bought one since 2009! Got here early afternoon, box Huge+ heavy. Delivery guy, was Perfect. Big help!! Thank you

Customer service at this location is 5 star.However the delivery by drivers leaves alot to be desired.After 2 failed delivery attempts I had to go get my packages myself because they could not find my home.UPS, USPS and others never have issues with delivery why is it only fed ex can't serve the customers needs properly??
