My package has been on the same driver for the last 3 days!! He claims no one is home but has never even been to my residence (have cameras on my property). The package doesn't even need a signature. FedEx needs to look into their driver named Eduardo because he certainly isn't doing his job!!!

Very poor customer service and lazy drivers my first time receiving an order from them and the driver dropped my package off at anybody house and when I looked at the picture, he didn’t even take a picture of the door because he knew it wasn’t the correct door he only took a picture of the box Then it’s hard to get in contact with the customer service. I have been waiting for almost 4 days now and they haven’t resent out my packag or gave a refund. They said it’s still under investigation.

I would even put a star on this, for a coment they need at least one😒so disappointed they put my package on some strengers door. No even my address. Unacceptable for this package I paid 51.00 its not cheap for them to come loosing it how would they feel if it was to be their package. More respect towards people packages please, thank you

No one ever answers the phone!!!! My tracking info on the app has not changed since July 1st. I also have my package being delivered two days later than originally scheduled. This is really not professional at all!

After I made it past all the zombies. I went into dark unlit room. Where the security guard was mad about me not understanding how to use the old dial phone codes. After banging on the windows the guard finally came back. 20min in just trying to find someone. 10 min of calling all the extensions on there sheet someone accidentally picked up. Told me the package was in the trailer and would be delivered Tomorrow. They can't get it out today. Tomorrow came around and I found out the lady just didn't want to get the package that evening and wanted a morning shift to deal with it. This is while by now 5 of us are waiting in this unlit room. The next guy was so worried they wouldn't pick up that we agreed no one should hang up and pass the phone around. The morning shift was reasonably responsive to the issue

Extremely disappointed to the point I’m considering canceling orders that use FedEx. They did not notify me that package was delivered. I discovered a week after delivery that it was left at the wrong house. Tried letting them know, and they keep insisting it was delivered to my address. I know what my house looks like and that package was not left at my house.

They lucky to get this one star…the worst service ever!!! Delivered a package to a mailroom that’s not even in the same building as my apt instead of delivering the couch to my door. I had no way I’m getting it !! You can’t talk to anyone and when I did it someone from India that can’t do a damn thing!!! They don’t need a job they are lazy !!!!

The worst shipping company ever. Always a delay, package damage or some issue. Poor customer service when calling, tracking never updated. Package is days late and tracking doesn't update. This company should be investigated and shut down by the government. Hope they go bankrupt soon.

Trash. Fed Ex should shut this facility down.. multiple damaged packages from THIS one facility. My packages have made it from all over the U.S. until it hits this dump. Then my tracking update says Damaged and they blame the shipper..Nice Accountability FedEx...Garbage

The FedEx driver delivered my package to my floor and left the package in the middle of the hallway, right by the elevator. My apartment number is clearly on the package, the manifest and my door. So, what was the problem with bringing it to my door? My apartment is not that far from where the driver left it. I'm filing a complaint. Also, Im a senior and the package was too heavy to pull it in my home. The driver was very lazy and inconsiderate. He or she should not be a delivery driver AT ALL. I will be giving FedEx in Barrington, Nj a very bad view on Instagram.Your drivers are bad for your business.

I can not rate the Barrington location because I can not talk to them. The phone system goes down rabitholes, so I'm not sure, just which services they might orovide. I have a special situation and need guidance that this system does not allow. Going to UPS!
