Writing from my boyfriends account: I found out I had 4 small gas leaks in my basement less than 24 hours before my planned induction to have my baby. PSEG turned my gas off and refused to turn it back on until the leaks were fixed. I was nervous to come home from the hospital with no hot water or gas. I called my home owners warranty and got assigned to waterworks plumbing within the hour. I called waterworks and spoke with Joey and explained my situation and urgency. He sent one of his guys out THAT HOUR and they showed up, fixed ALL my leaks and got the approval from my warranty. PSEG came back out that night and confirmed leaks were gone and turned my gas back on. Waterworks plumbing: I thank you so much for caring and listening. Now I get to bring my baby home to a safe home! Not many people care about people’s personal lives or situations or listen. This company did and did an excellent job!Service: Plumbing leak repair

Do not ever use this company. My home warranty sent them out and plumber did an assessment and was told my out of pocket charges would be under $500. They arrive and install the water heater and at no point told me of any issues. It was not until they were done that they stuck me with a bill of $1,500.Service: Water heater installation

These guys were hired through a warranty company. I could write a book on the horrible experience I had with these people. Thieves and con artists is where I'll start. The sewer drain was leaking so bad it was flooding my plumbing. Because I lived close to their home, they kept putting me off to the end of the day after I waited 3 days. On day 1 they made little to no effort to find the outside drain outlet and decided it was the end of the day and called it. They did nothing. They came back the next day, after 5 pm and after I found the outlet myself to finally attack the backed up sewage. Because I'm a women they claimed I flushed baby wipes. I learned the decades before to never use baby wipes after my family's home had similar consequences. Despite that, the man, I believe Joe, called me a liar and that I used baby wipes. And that it wasn't covered under warranty. I lost it. What was the ACTUAL cause? Tree roots! After I lost it and after they flung feces and roots all over my bathroom for me to clean, they told me to increase my homeowner's coverage for tree roots so they could come out later. I'm not a fan of insurance fraud but that's what they wanted so they could make more money. Luckily, I was already covered, but I didn't tell them that. I never want them in or around my house again. Worst company ever.
