I came into Chase over my lunch hour and was very pleased to be immediately greeted by Natalie who asked how she could help me. She then walked me through the process to deposit and cash several checks. Natalie asked what increments I would like my cash in and gave some suggestions on what bills would be best for my needs. She explained why she could not cash a check over six months and offered guidance on the next steps to get the check reissued. I left quicker than expected and although the parking lot was busy with the lunch rush, I didn't have any issues with parking. This location was exceptionally clean and well maintained; I will be back!

I just wanted to take a minute and register a complaint against the Basking Ridge NJ branch. I went in there to get a notary. The document was for an acknowledgment. I was told by the employees, including the branch manager, that they could not notarize my document. My local branch performed many notaries for me in the past and I was hoping for the same kind of service from the Basking Ridge branch. That was not the case. My local branch would send documents to the back office for review if they were unsure about performing the service. I did not even get that courtesy extended to me. I was just told no, it could not be done. I thought all Chase branches were the same and the customer were to be treated fairly. I did not get the feeling that I was a valued customer and that my relationship mattered. I am so glad I live in a different area and do not have to use that branch ever again. I will also bring this to my friends and families attention so they do not go there and have to endure the same or similar treatment.

Very clean, professional environment. I was well received and would if in the area stop in again to do business there. The staff was very attentive to my Banking needs.
