We must’ve spent two hours in there just talking with her because she was such a kind, sweet soul. Mohammed helped me to find a very nice table for my craft room. He ordered the table for me, and it was delivered and set up as promised! The delivery/set up team was equally courteous and professional. The delivery was set up the day before. the crew arrived on-time and everything was setup in about 15 minutes. “I bought an office chair at Casey's nearly 5 years ago. I had a problem with the swivel section of the chair. I was afraid I would have to buy a new chair. I went back to Casey's and explained my problem. I did not have my receipt, but Edwin researched and found that the chair was still under warranty. He could have tried to sell me a new chair, but instead he handled the warranty process with the manufacturer. The replacement swivel came and within 10 days, my chair was fixed (not even a labor charge). Good service. Thank you.”

“Working with Richard has been a wonderful experience. We were looking for 2 wall-hugging recliners and 2 easy chairs that would be complementary but that would fit us. I’m 5’2” and my husband is 6’2’, and I have never had an easy chair where my feet could touch the ground. When Richard told us we can have the chairs made to our measurements I was elated!
Richard walked us through the process of taking the measurements, and it was surprisingly easy. He had never been asked for wall-hugging recliners before, so we sent a video of how the chair worked, and Richard’s team was able to create the perfect recliners for my husband.
Richard’s fabric library is stellar! We had many really good options and Richard explained the pros and cons of our different choices. He didn’t rush us or push us in any direction. And he called the manufacturers in real time to see if the fabrics were available. That level of service is unheard of these days.
We were told that it would take 8-12 weeks for our order to be completed. I think it turned out to be 13 weeks because of the challenge to get the right recliner mechanism. Believe me, it was worth the wait.
The delivery process was fabulous! Richard came with the delivery team. The guys did a great job getting to our apartment and navigating past our Christmas tree, to get the furniture perfectly placed. They also took alway our old chairs, a huge relief.
On a side note, I had seen 2 English knitting tables that Richard had. He measured them for us and I went home to see if we had the space for either of them. On the day of delivery Richard asked if I wanted him to bring one over, no pressure to buy. Of course I said yes and found the perfect spot for it!
Working with Richard was a really positive experience. I highly recommend him if you’re looking for high quality custom made furniture. We could not be happier.

I've interacted with several of their folks and they have been very reasonable and nice. Very impressed with the customer service. It prompted me to place a second order. Best way to communicate is an initial phone call and then continue conversation via email. With a little patience, they helped resolve everything. Looking forward to receiving our orders.”

She helped throughout the entire process, sent me a swatch that showed the color of the sectional, and coordinated the delivery date.
