“I have been going to this gym on and off for 15 years. The price is pretty affordable, the equipment is maintained well, and the gym-goers are friendly. One of my favorite features of this gym is that they supply mini spray bottles and towels to sanitize the equipment. This is a really sustainable option, compared to most gyms that have single-use sanitation wipes.”

The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable, supportive and always push you to be your best without feeling overwhelmed. Lifetime Academy was an experience! Oh my God they have everything on deck! The sauna was heavenly, the massage chairs were next level, and the workout left me feeling amazing. The atmosphere was on 100 from the swimming pool to kickboxing and water acrobatics, everything was absolutely fantastic. I can’t wait to go back! ?”
“This was my first time throwing an all kids birthday party, and thank goodness for my gum. They really took care of everything all I had to do was show up with the balloons! “Before joining Gabriele Fitness, I hadn’t been a member of a gym since before the pandemic. I realized a while ago that typical fitness or gym culture wasn’t a good fit for me, and at-home workouts weren't working for me either. While I like being active, this last year had me feeling in a bit of a rut. I craved feeling stronger and challenging myself and my body in new ways and I knew I was going to have a hard time getting there without some form of motivation. After carefully considering lots of different options, I finally signed up for the 50 Strong Challenge with GFP and I’m so glad that I did. My results were both amazing and motivating! Here are a few of the things I love most about my experiences with GFP:It’s such a welcoming space. There is no toxic fitness culture vibe at all. My experience with the trainers Mike, Matt, & Chris and the other members have been so welcoming, encouraging, and supportive. They will work with you and your capabilities, offering endless modifications to make sure you can safely engage with the exercise, while also challenging you to reach your potential.I really enjoy the small group format. One of my initial reservations about group training after being out of the loop was not being able to keep up. But that’s not an issue at all. I’ve never felt rushed even if my pace was slower than those around me. For me there’s just a different energy when working out in a group as opposed to doing it solo. The groups are also small enough so that everyone still benefits from lots of individual attention from the trainer. It’s the best of both worlds.There is so much variety in the trainings and you’ll never do the same workout twice! I really love this aspect of the experience. I’m so glad to be part of this community.”

Eric, the new manager, has came in and has really made some big improvements (with more to come) and is super knowledgeable. They also validate parking which is huge.”

I've really never consistently worked out in my life, especially not at this level. It's always been way out of my comfort zone. They split up their machines so if you don’t feel like doing cardio in one place, you’ll find a machine elsewhere!”

“Retro fitness at GreenBrook is a nice place to workout. Well equipped, friendly and helpful staff . But the time people spend on the Smith machine should be limited, not to three hours like most people do.”
“The pool is okay and the basketball courts are decent. The track isn't great, especially in comparison to most other indoor track facilities. I guess it gets the job done though.”

I know its not the owner of the gyms fault, but they need to reach out to the landlord to fix the many large potholes from the time you pull in till you leave, it damages your car and when you go at 530 in the morning and its dark out you can break your ankle or fall into one, I'm only leaving this review because when I pulled in I hit one in the rear that I thought my tire blew out”
