The Highlands Village Center is a nice little shopping center that is generally very clean and well maintained. It is a convenient place for a quick stop, with multiple places of business. These include a dry cleaners, Chinese and Italian restaurants, Dunkin Donuts, and reasonably priced liquor stores. It has lots of stores and ample parking. It is never too busy and is worth a visit.
