TLE is perfect for working parents! They have convenient hours which make drop-offs and pick-ups stress-free. The class sizes are small and the teachers do a great job at keeping the kids engaged in educational activities. We love getting daily activity pictures through the app.
The monthly Parents’ Night Out is a highlight, giving us time for a date night while the kids enjoy a fun pajama party. The lunch program is a lifesaver. One less thing to think about. Highly recommend - the staff really care about the kids.

Highly recommended! We tried this facility for our toddler after a rough patch of child care experience and we cannot be more grateful for the love, support and care they are providing. My child is now thriving and is always super excited to go to school. Very clean property with light filled classrooms, well equipped playground, safety gears in place with very responsible management and loving teachers. We are very happy TLE family!

The place is just amazing my 3 daughters went there, now they are doing very well in their education due to the solid foundation at TLE.
I can't be more proud of them and grateful to TLE in Basking Ridge for their impactful learning and mentoring for my daughters in their early years. the management team is very professional handling the business and the relation with parents while maintaining a friendly and courteous atmosphere which I believe help the children growing and developing. Wish everyone there the best and more achievements to come

My son has been at TLE since he was 4 months old and we plan on sending my newborn daughter there as well around the same age. Miss Joanna in the newborn classroom is an excellent, very attentive teacher and my son just adored her. I am excited for my daughter to experience the same. My son is now in the toddler room and absolutely loves going to school everyday and loves his friends and teachers. I couldn’t recommend this daycare more.

Miss Sharlene is the best! Mikey is new to TLE but he adapted into her class so quickly with her nurturing and caring personality. This gives us comfort, knowing he is being cared for and educated by Sharlene and the staff there.
We feel fortunate to have Mikey enrolled at TLE and look forward to watching him grow while in good hands.

We joined TLE about 2 months ago and our little girl is thrilled to go in every day. My husband was nervous at first since she had always been cared for by family, but by the second week he was relieved we had made the right choice. Our daughter is thriving here and the teachers and assistant teachers really care for the kids. I love that the staff is diverse and they are always friendly when greeting the little ones. We are very pleased so far that our daughter is so happy there.

Out daughter is 3 and in the preppers class with Miss. Gabby. She is so positive and sweet that our daughter loves going to “school” each day. Miss. Gabby provides a structured, fun and nurturing environment for all the kids everyday and we can’t thank her and everyone else at TLE enough.

Only great things to say, and I’m a pretty tough critic… Staff are welcoming, friendly, helpful, transparent, flexible, and hardworking. Having sent my child to two other so-called “elite pre-k thru 8” schools in the area the past several years, TLE has been a breath of fresh air! TLE is bringing out the best in my son when it seems prior schools fell very short. Yes, there is turnover, but where isn’t there these days? (Especially an industry such as childcare). Thanks Keyana and all the staff here for transforming my child into a well-behaved kid! He’s also learning a ton in an environment that is not too rigid, nor just filled with “arts and crafts” all day. Looking fwd to sending my daughter eventually as well!

Attention to prospective parents: RUN DON'T WALK - AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! (The Learning Experience of Basking Ridge , NJ) Please make it a point to look up NJ State Violations prior to enrolling - no prior to putting your child in danger at this facility. There have been 3 directors in the time that we were enrolled (October 2022 - March 2023). This center does not have a steady staff. Children are moved continuously and it is a guessing game to find out where they are at pick up. While I comprehend being short staff I do not appreciate the lack of curriculum implementation, consistency and revolving door of staff. There is no "real" management (as you can see from the comment below mine - and others) and incredibly poor leadership. The owner is a comical figure at best. More importantly it's critical to read the state reports as they are free to the public. Friends of ours had their child physically grabbed and hurt. I hope this helps any parents looking for childcare in the area. Please do your research. And for this TLE, I truly hope you can get it together for the safety of the children and families that are left in the building.
