“I wandered into The Spot while visiting the beach and found a Joseph Ribkoff jacket and matching shell that I liked. The jacket looked great but the shell gapped and did not fit well. Isa, the store owner, offered to order a different style shell from the same collection that she thought would fit me better. She was right. On my next visit, I bought both the jacket and shell and love the fit, color, and quality. Great customer service and great quality clothing.”

“HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I popped into Malouf jewelers today on a whim. My fiancé bought me my dream ring at another jewelers months ago. After asking for a band that didn't fit the marquis shape, the other jeweler (maker of my engagement ring) chopped a chunk of my ring off. When I complained, he tried to fix it, but did not remake it. Long story short, it was a botched job. I came into Malouf simply to get a second opinion about my ruined ring. The man, presumably the owner, was the kindest, most genuine jeweler I had ever met. He was so honest with me and educated me about everything I should know before going back to my original jeweler. He even told me that it would make the most sense, financially for me to go back to the original jeweler. I was so grateful that he was willing to help me with this, despite me not being HIS customer. I thought it was so honest of him to not try to "get a sale" off of me and actually told me the truth. I will 100% be recommending Malouf jewelers to friends and family looking for a jeweler and will certainly come back myself.”

“We can be in Africa for 5 months, Indonesia for 4 months, etc. - we’re rarely at our base in St. Augustine…yet when it comes to a jeweler and finding my everyday long-term earrings purchased from Mertens years ago, my thoughts were “I need to contact Mertens”. I needed a backup or two or three ?, as I love these earrings. I finally contacted Mertens, they found them and shipped 3 pair to me. Leslie was fantastic to work with, professional and dependable and kind - patient as well while timing delivery to me once I was back in the US. Jessie was additionally top notch. I remember her - classy.For years, our every jewelry repair or purchase was done at Mertens. (Mr. Merten’s immaculate dogs would always be there and sometimes sat on a chair, so the first thing you would see upon entering was the face of one of his gorgeous, sweet dogs behind the counter. Loved that.)Mertens is the absolute best jeweler. They’ve been in beautiful Manasquan, NJ on Main St. since something like 1946. Thank you, Mertens!”
“Best coffee in the Spring Lake area. My niece and I are locals, not tourists and we had the displeasure of waiting in a really long line at a different coffee shop in Spring Lake when we questioned why we were waiting…we walked down the street and there was no line (I hope they end up getting a line, we would wait). The staffer was so nice and pleasant and we had the best coffee. When I go for coffee I always go there, skip the Starbucks (or waiting in line elsewhere), they’re worth the trip.”
“I had found my wedding ring at the Zales in freehold but due to convenience i bought from the toms river location, the two assistances who helped me were wonderful, complemented my engagement ring and were interested and attentive to my thoughts about the rings i tried on.
They were great also when it came to following up on when the ring would be ready for pick up. i had misunderstood the timeline and called to ask if it was ready they said it wasn't and would call me tomorrow to confirm deliver date, i said that wasn't necessary as i had misunderstood their initial timeline but sure enough they called back the next day i thought that was very thoughtful.”

I popped in to see how much it would be to fix the cross necklace I got from my grandfather the nice woman took it to the back 5 minutes later it was fixed I asked how much and they very kind women said no charge. I love the jewelry both brand name as well as local artists. Lots of decorating items. Stop in if you have a reason. It's worth the trip for sure.”

“I ordered a latte from Noon, and I'm very happy to say that I really enjoyed the large decaf oat milk latte. I was told that they didn't have matcha though which is ok because this latte was delicious. This place happens to be one of the most popular locations because they are very busy at all hours. People love this location and for good reason. The coffee is great. I would love to see what other options they have available. I'm sure it all is just as good. I look forward to coming here again the next time I'm visiting the Jersey Shore.”
