This store advertised via photos of Terra cotta plant pots of numerous sizes. Upon arriving at this store, there were no such items. I use a cane and I walked from West 45 to this place. Can this be considered false advertising?

I would like to give a big shout out to Kersey We are an authorized service provider for A.O.Smith water heaters and a customer has a leaking water heater, which is branded reliance Water Heater they are sold through Ace Hardware stores. We called Seven Ace Hardware stores today and we met from total attitude of I have five people in front of me to. I’m not supposed to be working today and I don’t know if we sell water heaters to us calling ace Hardware in Bayonne and got Kersey on the phone and she was so helpful she told us to hold on and check to see what Water Heater she had in her store gave us SKU numbers so we can check Her website to confirm whether or not they are what we were looking for unfortunately, the one she had in stock were not what we were looking for so she said if I can look on the website and get the SKU number for her, she can have it ordered for us and we can pick it up by Friday we appreciate it all of her effort and would like to give her a thumbs up. It’s nice to see that some people in the world still like to work.

I’ve been directed to this hardware store twice now by the Ace website showing that they had items in stock. The store has horrible inventory systems and procedures. Never has an item been in stock when I’ve driven out of my way to the store. Do not trust the inventory level levels on their website.

This was the closest store to me that had the mop head that I needed. When I went into the store the associate asked me what I needed but didn’t offer any assistance. However they decided to follow me down every isle in the store as I was looking for the item. It made me very uncomfortable.
