This is the worst service center I have ever been to. They promised to fix the car within two weeks, but it was only repaired after three months. The entire time they kept blaming parts suppliers or coming up with other excuses. When I picked up the car, half of the electronics were not working. Avoid this place.

I got my car impounded by Advanced Towing, and honestly, the process was smooth and professional. The staff was courteous and explained everything clearly, making a stressful situation much easier to handle. They were prompt and efficient, and I appreciated how organized everything was. Definitely a reliable towing service I would recommend!

Absolutely horrible experience. This towing company treats people with complete disrespect. The staff is rude, unprofessional, abusive, and openly hostile from the moment you interact with them. They speak to customers in a degrading manner and clearly abuse their position of authority.
The behavior is not only unacceptable but also feels discriminatory and racist. Instead of providing clear information or assistance, they intimidate, mock, and belittle people who are already in a stressful situation. There is zero professionalism, zero empathy, and zero respect for basic human dignity.
I strongly advise avoiding this company at all costs. No one deserves to be treated this way.

am extremely upset. My car was impounded because it was supposedly parked at a fire hydrant. What makes this even more confusing is that the police told me that in situations like that, the most they normally do is give a ticket. They also said they weren’t sure why my car was impounded and that someone may have called about it. But when I spoke to the towing company’s office, they told me the police were the ones who called. I honestly don’t understand what is going on.
What has me the most upset is what happened when I went to pick up my car. All the cars at the facility were packed together like a can of sardines. My car was literally touching the car behind it. When my partner pulled my car forward so I could check if everything was okay, I saw scratches on the back of my vehicle that were never there before.
I recently bought this car from a dealership, and it has absolutely no accident or damage history. You can check the insurance records, the DMV, and the Carfax — there has never been anything wrong with this vehicle. Even the gentleman who helped us get the car out made a face and said, “Oh my goodness, I didn’t do that. I’m not sure who towed your car yesterday.” He told me to contact the main office, and the office directed me to send this email.
I am extremely upset because the paint on this car is expensive, and now the back of my vehicle is scratched after being in your possession. On top of that, I had to pay $320 for towing and storage, even though my car wasn’t even there for 24 hours — it was towed in the middle of the night and I picked it up at 8 AM.
I worked so hard to recently get this car from the dealership, and for it to be treated like this is honestly heartbreaking and frustrating. I really do hope that someone contacts me back as soon as possible, and I genuinely hope we can work together to get this fixed. In this economy, I do not have time or money to deal with unnecessary damage that was not my fault.
Edit: I changed my review rating because they called me back and offered to fix the damages. I appreciate the immediate communication. Waiting to get scheduled and hopefully who they send me to to fix it fixes it great.

And they require so many papers so you not be able to take the car out so they can bill you for more money

GOD FORBID your car gets towed with these people. Shady workers.. they lied and said I couldn’t take my rims off my car but it’s because they take it for their selves and sell it on the street. They’re so stupid, and loud with their actions that I know exactly who they are and who they’re cool with.. so what I’m saying is facts. I had money in my sunshade holder but one of the workers had clearly went thru all my belongings and took all of the money I had in the vehicle.. also all my things were on the seats, showing signs of someone raiding thru my stuff…. The front desk lady was condescending, inconsiderate, she was mean. If your car gets towed here, and they’ll refuse you access to let you get your belongings from the vehicle, call the police on them because that’s illegal… horrible, horrible, horrible place, horrible people, it’s disgusting.

In the app say its open 24 hours but if you need to take the car in weekend they say not it open you need to come monday for they charge more to you

Money pit. Don't let them tow your car... You'll be bombarded with numerous fees... A $200 tow would become $800 without the storage fee and you can't even talk to them...$350 just to load the car into the truck, they call it winching... the receptionist from front desk is so rude....as if u r asking for their kidney... the blonde lady with glasses closed the glass door on our face..
When your car at storage, they won't even let you see ur car and grab personal belongings, yes; even After paying...
It's tow scam going on thats what it is...
This review is as legitimate as it gets...
Never thought a community like Bayonne let this scammers do business in there...
I'll go to the consumers affairs on this...

This company is ripping off consumers. My vehicle was towed 1/16/25 at 4:46 pm and I retrieved it on 1/17/25 at 1:10 pm they charge me for two days at $270.00 .I will be filing a complaint with the Attorney General Office- Division of Consumer Affairs..Read your bill ladies and gentlemen
