I went to AutoZone after being ignored at Advanced Auto Parts. Mark was so helpful and installed my new windshield wipers in the rain. Customer service is everything and from what I saw, every associate was kind, respectful and helpful to every person who walked in. Highly recommend!

Came for a new battery and these so called ‘mechanic’ couldnt install it correctly. Customer service was good but the old african american guy has a serious temper. He kept swearing up and down that there was something else wrong with my car, he was tryng argue with me and im just like sir the car is fine its the battery. I purchased a new battery for them to install and didnt install correctly and the guy just keeps blaming the car when its practically new. We tried two “new” batteries to end up with the same result as the first one. Ended up returning the battery the same day because not even the lights came on and they were fine with the dead battery. So i got refunded got my old battery back and took it to my mechanic next day to replace the battery with a new one everything was fine. My mechanic got all this done in less than 15 mins. I was at Bayonne autozone for almost 3 hours.

My truck battery died and the Auto Zone team provided excellent assistance in selecting a suitable replacement. I received outstanding customer service from the female representative (whose name I didn't catch) and appreciate the efforts of Raul and Malachi in performing a battery diagnostic and installation. I'd like to extend a special acknowledgment to Raul for taking the time to mentor the new employee on battery installation procedures, showcasing exceptional teamwork.

Mark was so helpful! I came in with a concern after going to the dealer my car started turning over slower and my battery became my concern. I stopped by auto zone in Bayonne and I was able to meet Mark whom assisted me test my battery and also showed me the date of the battery being manufactured which was 11/19 wow! I needed a new battery. Thank you Mark you’re awesome!!

I recently walked into the AutoZone store and was warmly greeted by a wonderful employee named Stephanie. Her exceptional customer service skills truly stood out. Stephanie patiently explained the pros and cons of becoming an AutoZone member and purchasing a Duralast Gold battery.
Thanks to her detailed explanations, I learned about the significant savings and benefits that come with AutoZone membership. Not only did I save money by signing up, but I also secured a two-year warranty for the battery I purchased.
As someone with a disability, I often find it challenging to understand complex information. However, Stephanie's patience and use of visual prompts to explain discounts made all the difference. She ensured I fully understood the benefits and savings involved.
I am incredibly grateful to AutoZone for hiring such a dedicated and compassionate employee. Thank you, Stephanie, for your outstanding assistance and for making my shopping experience so positive.

Wish I thought to get their names. Went there with a battery issue. The woman ( manager) was very helpful. The man that installed my battery went above and beyond. He found a loose ground and made sure to tighten it before installing the battery. It was very hot out but he took his time and made sure everything was correct.
