Even though there is a branch less than 5 minutes from my house, I come to this autozone 20 minutes away because of how helpful the staff at this branch are. The store is neat, clean, and well organized.

I am compelled to share my recent unsettling experience at AutoZone. Having been a loyal customer for years, I was deeply disappointed by the unprofessional conduct of the manager on duty during my last visit. The level of customer service, which I had come to appreciate from AutoZone, was starkly missing.Upon entering the store, I sought assistance with finding specific auto parts and was met with impatience and a lack of interest from the manager. Not only did this individual fail to provide the help I needed, but their demeanor was dismissive and borderline rude, making me feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer.What was particularly off-putting was the manager's insistence on personal information beyond what was necessary for my purchase. This invasive questioning, without any clear need or explanation, was uncomfortable and raised concerns about my privacy and the professionalism of the establishment.I left the store without completing my purchase and with a heavy feeling of disappointment. The interaction with the manager not only wasted my time but also tarnished my view of AutoZone—a place I had relied on for my automotive needs.I hope this feedback prompts AutoZone to reevaluate its training and customer service policies, especially regarding the conduct of managerial staff. A manager should lead by example, fostering an environment of respect, professionalism, and helpfulness. Unfortunately, that was not my experience, and it may be some time before I consider returning, if at all.

Chris was a great help and made shopping easy. Came here to get a passenger wiper blade after having a hard time down the road at a competitor’s store. Had no problem getting what I needed and he even went outside and put the wiper on for me. What a great asset and super friendly. Will be back again for all my future needs.

Please do not shop at AutoZone Bayonne they’re thieves. I bought a car battery my total was $260.33 they charge me twice using a debit card. Please pay close attention when you using credit or debit card. They will treat you like it’s your fault. The very same day I made my purchase were there way over two hours the three staff members was not at all helpful I was literally begging for help. On top of that I lost 1/2 of work to go to my bank to get a letter to take it to auto zone, took my letter to the trainee manager Kris Singh still nothing was done. What he told me was I was there to start an argument, is he serious. He started it could be a glitch in the system, are they really serious. No customer should have the go through hell for something the store is responsible for. That store put me through hell, and lot of stress. I’m definitely not going to shop there again.
