Kudos to Carol and Rita at Bank of America! Carol's assistance in scheduling my appointment, despite a busy schedule, made a positive first impression. Rita's kindness and efficiency made the account opening process seamless. She not only got my accounts set up on the first day but also helped with credit cards during the next appointment. The worst bank in terms trying speak to someone on the phone. As usual they give you "press # " and give you the run around and you can never get to a human being. Then they tell you that they are all busy and want you to make an online appointment which takes days, then they hang up. Banking with BOA is like banking with a ghosts and robots. No humans to answer and if there's humans, they don't want to talk to you.

Was told to wait a few minutes which stretched to 15 min before being told another 15-20 min beyond that. One person helping and no way to easily make an appt online.

This review is specifically for the woman named Carol. I went there to fax a document. This woman greeted and sincerely helped the woman in front of me. When it was my turn, she not only helped me right away, she literally asked me for my phone number so she could call me when it went through, because I decided to leave before receiving confirmation. I was totally shocked when she actually called to tell me the fax went through. Carol had such a lovely demeanor about her and I am so glad for this encounter. She went above and beyond and I appreciate her for that. Thanks again Carol.

I deposited $700 cash at the drive through ATM, the machine malfunctioned and took my money but then seemed to reboot to the home screen, gave me card and a receipt with a QR code.I called the number on the ATM and spoke to a representative, gave him the ATM number. He told me that i could leave and gave me a claim number. Monday was day after Xmas so I called claims today, good thing i did because the person I spoke to on Friday did not properly file the claim.After refiling the claim they said that it could take up to 45 days for them to decide whether to honor the claim. I told him that this was unacceptable and I was ultimately told by Bank of América that I agreed to those terms, it is in the agreement and I should have read the agreement.I replied that I trusted BofA to do the right thing, when my customers give me money, I provide service, and if I make an error, I fix it, right away."Will that be all?" was the reply from Bank of America,Yes, that will be all. I will be going to another bank.

This may be the worst Bank of America stand alone bank. We've been coming here for 3 years and the line is ALWAYS at least 15-20 minutes long. There was one teller for 15 people on line. Unacceptable and horribly managed.Customer service is mediocre at best. We are very unhappy with the customer service here. The manager does not seem to care at all.It is an awful experience here than from the other BofA branches that weThe customer service reps rush you through and hastily try to address any concerns, then get on their cell phones, while others are waiting to do a transaction.If we could give 0 stars we would.

Terrible… waited 15 minutes in line. Didn’t have the correct slip. She made me get out of line… get the correct slip then I had to get back in line to wait another 10 minutes.
