This store took my deposit, closed and gave me no furniture. When I asked about a refund they referred me to a lawyer after insulting me. This after I placed the order in September, they emailed me repeatedly that the order was delayed for months and months. They tried to get me to take delivery of the furniture AFTER I canceled the order for being three months late. It is now 11 months later. They give me no refund, their lawyer has not contacted me and they haven't given me the lawyers info despite my regular emails and they are still harassing me about delivery on an order I canceled months ago. It looks to me like the put my order off until the store closed. I bought my stuff from chicago. They transferred it to Bayonne which is also closed. Please PM me if you want any further info.

Half of my house is BoConcept furniture so clearly I am a huge fan. It's the kind of store that is really fun to browse and then you quickly realize that if you don't have gazillions to spend in the store, your choice is fairly limited. However, even their products that don't cost many thousands, are really good and last really well, including the couches that slide into various different positions and angles. I've had my couch for three years now and everything still works perfectly.
