The washers don’t wash correctly, the dryers don’t dry. I spent 60 min washing 3 pieces of clothing on a small machine that’s only 36min. When I told the attendant, she told me to use the other machines that cost more money. She then raised her voice at me and told me to call the manager so the manager can tell her what to do. I don’t work there I shouldn’t have to figure out solutions to problems at the establishment that I DONT WORK AT. On top of everything my clothes came out the washer still soaking wet. Terrible service to give your money to.

This used to have very good service drivers were ontime
The clothes were nice and clean but lately the whites were fithy and drivers never on time. I'm thinking of switching. The service has been bad lately

This place is not worth it, machines are old and don’t wash properly. The older lady staff there is not so good either maybe they need a better manager or they need someone else to work there. I don’t recommended this place.

We’ve been doing this service for like three years now. These women are the sweetest people ever. Once a week at least we get our laundry picked up and delivered by them. Always smells great, prices are fair. We love it. A nice alternative to our disgusting washers and dryers everyone uses in my apartment building. From Nate and Nicole big love!❤️

I am so pleased to with the new owners of Bubbles. I have been going to Bubbles for a couple of years. But, in the last several months since the new owners took over its even nicer. The laundromat is always clean. They have lots of new washers. The staff is friendly. They make me feel like family every time I come in.

Let me be blunt: the place you’re running is an absolute disgrace. The laundromat was filthy beyond belief, and your staff? Not only are they clueless about customer service, but they’re outright rude and blatantly racist! I’ve never seen such pathetic behavior in my life.
If this is the level of service and cleanliness you’re offering, you should be ashamed of yourself and seriously consider shutting the place down. Your laundromat is a joke, and I regret ever stepping foot in there. If you don’t get your act together, I’ll make sure everyone I know hears about the disaster you call a business.
Consider this the last time someone like me will set foot in your laundromat—unless there’s a serious overhaul, not just a superficial fix!

I've been going here a while. This is my second negative review because the owner asked me to take it down and speak to them personally next time I have a problem however this is the 3rd time I e had ruined clothes. They usually have some sort of stain on them, or they use too much soap and now this. I saw another review with similar stains what is this.

The closing lady there is rude. It was 8:45 and she wouldn’t allow me to finish my load that still had 8mins on the dryer kept say she had to leave she had to leave when it says it closed at 9. She kept telling me to check it. And kept walking pass me. She was VERY rude I won’t be coming here again.

The best laundromat on Broadway. I come 2 times a week. Very clean and people are so helpful. Much cheaper than other laundromats.

This is a very good laundromat with affordable rates, I drop off clothes for wash, dry, and fold multiple times a week and the service is fast and excellent!
