“i would like to say i called up this coastal at new dorp for the fact they had a specific outdoor main valve, i called to confirm and the manager at this location was very professional and gave his time without hesitation to inform me that they have it . when i arrived it was there waiting for me .he was well mannered and and i told him i,m a member in a large congregation church and I'm looking for service like this to make my plumbing projects easier so i proposed to opened an account with this coastal store even though there is another one closer to my business but they lack the patience and expertise in helping a novice they just cater to the professional probably regulars there”

“This is a professional store but the carpenter was willing to cut several small pieces of plywood (16 " x 8") for my DIY project. The carpenter was friendly and patience with a novice (like myself). He even recommended a suitable paint, nails etc. Very happy that this store is within walking distance from my home.”

The only reason I don't give a 5 star because it took longer than I anticipated to complete the job but I think those were the people they work with. Still would go back.”

“Currently working on a backyard project, and Kuiken Brothers (specifically Matt E.) is the ONLY partner on time and budget. Not only was this company able to deliver the entire order in 48 hours (mind you, I’m just a homeowner with one project, I’m not a contractor with a bunch of projects), but there were no headaches. I just told Matt what I was trying to do, and he coordinated the quote, order, payment, and delivery. Didn’t even have to talk to anyone else other than the delivery driver that delivered my order (with a pallet forklift, which was critical since the project is ongoing and the yard is a complete mess)! Even more impressive, I wasn’t sure if I wanted a Trex deck, PT with Trex rails, or all PT; Matt quickly gave me multiple quotes and advised me which option was best for my specific project- which was NOT the most expensive option!As someone who works as a professional services provider, I am beyond thrilled with the level of service I’ve been provided, especially considering I am probably one of their smaller customers. I will 100% call Kuiken/Matt for any future house projects. Their combination of price, punctuality, and level of customer service is superlative.”
